Dumb spic woman squares up to police for a situation completely unrelated to herself, gets arrested. She's laughing and thinks it is hilarious... until she's in the back of the squad car and reality sets in when she asks to make a phone call; gets told no and immediately starts sobbing incoherently and begging, screaming for her nigger boyfriend that TOTALLY KNOWS LAWS BRO, HE'S CALLING A LAWYER. Devolves to the point she's snorting and moaning barely able to even talk when she gets put into one of my favorite tools: THE WRAP. Gets cuffed to the holding cell while in the wrap, and they just close the door on her to let her rage to an empty room, lol.

Bonus lol: she tries the typical parent move of "but I have a child (and so I should be allowed to do anything I want)". She then asks the group of male officers if any of them "are a mom". When she gets ignored she just makes a snarling expression and starts moaning "oh my god, oh my god" completely unable to even move. Peak comedy.

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. (CBS12 News) — A Delray Beach bartender allegedly erupted into violence after deputies reported finding her passed out in her vehicle with a sweating toddler in the backseat.

Deputies with the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office (PBSO) and Fire Rescue (PBCFR) responded to the Oasis Delray Beach Apartments off Atlantic Avenue around 6:30 p.m. Saturday.

According to PBSO, the car was turned off, the windows were up, and the child was found drenched in sweat on the floorboard. His mother, identified as Monica Pagan, was reportedly unresponsive in the driver’s seat.

It is still unclear how long the child had been inside the car or why the two were parked there.

Paramedics say the child was stable but warned the outcome could have been much worse given the extreme heat at the time.

According to PBCFR, car temperatures can spike rapidly — regardless of the outside temperature.

“Whether it's 70 degrees, 90 degrees, or 100 degrees on a sunny day or even in the shade — heat builds up fast, especially in a vehicle with no A/C and the windows up,” said Elyse Carhart, Community Education Supervisor with Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.

In Saturday’s Delray Beach case, deputies say Pagan refused to comply with orders. Although she was told that she wasn't free to leave, Pagan allegedly said, "I'm going home," and walked away with the child in her arms.

At this point, a deputy said he grabbed Pagans' wrists and applied handcuffs, with another deputy attempting to take the child from her arms unsuccessfully.

After deputies cuffed Pagan, she turned around and kicked the deputy between the legs, according to the criminal probable cause affidavit. PBSO reported that Pagan continued to kick the deputies while they attempted to place her in the patrol car.

Pagan had to be taken to the ground and restrained before PBCFR administered ketamine, placed her on a stretcher, and transported her to Boca Medical Center. While on the stretcher, a sedated Pagan managed to bite a deputy before being wheeled away.

The deputy was also transported to Boca Medical for treatment.

Pagan is now out on bond but facing multiple charges, including child neglect, child abuse, and four counts of battery on a law enforcement officer.

That manic man grabbed an officer by his crotch. :story: That mom, whoever she is, she's a trooper, eerily calm about the situation. I want to know whose car that was. The cops should've asked the mom to take the car keys and have both of them out. And they need to lose some weight.

This entire video is keystone cops shit, parking called the cops but then through a series of supervisors nowhere to be found seemed to indicate they were refusing to charge him with theft at least for the duration of the bodycam video itself (seems like well after the actual arrest they did press charges), the initial officer is probably lucky that's a broke college kid because he definitely lied about what he did to effectuate the arrest, and that supervising officer that showed up first sounded weary AF almost like he's been wiping asses on a regular basis. :story:

The legal question is at what point does removing a tire with a boot become theft? I'm pretty sure the boot doesn't make the car Parking's property, and if the boot was never actually taken away (just leave the wheel with the boot on it at the end of the parking space) or damaged would there even be a crime committed?

Actually, he said TEFT. And somebody asked that same question in the comments.

Im a lawyer, and this one is interesting for me from the start. Not legal advice, but if he isn't tampering with the vehicle boot or actually taking it, I think that a strong case can be made that he did nothing wrong. Removing a boot from a tire (or windshield if legislation has thought about the barnacle boot) without authority, tampering with a boot or damaging it is usually a charge, but I don't know that removal of a tire from your own car if that tire is booted has been litigated. I think if he left the tire, it would be an interesting legal question to consider. I know that there have been cases involving the removal of other government property, namely tracking devices, that have found that the person didn't act in an unlawful way by removing the tracker. I think that if removing a warranted tracking device is not illegal, at least in some circumstances or states, the argument could be made removing the tire you own from the car you own is perfectly permissible.

I think if he took the booted tire with him, it would be considered theft of whoever owns that boot. Tampering would've been a better charge than TEFT; you could tell that cop had a power trip and needlessly escalated the situation. I think another cop even called the parking lot if they wanted to press charges. All the kid could've gotten was more fines from the parking lot itself or the state. The arrest was poorly done and needless.

I'd also like to note that neither the city or state has any specific laws saying you can't remove a boot from your car in a way that won't damage it, and I really question how it is theft if the boot is still in the same place, he hasn't even removed it yet or tampered with it in any way only his own property has been touched.

Also, I was curious about the signage and why he was booted but I could not find the lot. The signage seemed lacking from the view views of the entrances.

Two words: qualified immunity. It works when your targets are misinformed or naive. Cops feel they can do what they like. All that "defund the police" did is allow power hungry, unexperienced cops on the force.

Nope. She has a total chimpy, immediately accuses the officer of racism, calls 911 to demand a supervisor, then once she is told "no" decides to speed away from the traffic stop to try and flee to the police station and demand a supervisor in person. Doesn't get anywhere near before she's stopped and gets cuffs slapped on ("why do you have to touch me?!"), then continues to just babble endlessly about "muh rights" and "ah don't feels safe so its legal fo me to run".

Even better, the initial part of the stop has her chomping on fucking fried chicken while waiting for the officer to approach her car. Can't make this shit up.

Cops bust down a retired ex-cops door over anonymous 911 call/suspected swatting call after the couple were upset after learning about the hospitalization of a family member. They claimed exigent circumstances to check on the safety of the woman in front of them that they already talked to when the husband wasn't present.

 
There should be about 5000 times the amount of dead niggers killed by police. Every single nigger thats arrested acts like this. I do understand why they kill each other 50x more than other demographics though, how could you not.

Opposite day! Two black loss prevention women stop and handcuff a white lady trying to use a baby stroller to steal from a mall. Dumb ass tries to claim she's pregnant to get leniency from the officer, and then two minutes later asks the officer to do her a favor and let her smoke a cigarette, all while she refuses to give her name. The cop is hilarious and mocks her multiple times, total no-nonsense type and it is great.

Criminal: "I'm pregnant. :("
Cop: "Okay! Outstanding!"

Sheboon gets hammered at the airport, gets denied boarding. Instantly goes for "everyone is racist!!!" the second cops arrive. She then literally asks to be "locked up". Any question she answers with "lock me up". After exhausting all other options, the white officers follow her request and put her in handcuffs and prepare transport to jail... and then she starts shouting to literally nobody that "this is what happens when you are black". Insane. If you wrote this as a sketch comedy you'd be called racist, but here it is actually happening.

Genius officer cuffs and tries to arrest man after stating what he was doing(wearing a ski mask) was not illegal.

 

This one is just bizarre. Woman shows up at a hospital for a vague, undisclosed problem while wearing scrubs. Doctors check her out, find nothing wrong. She then refuses to leave, stating that she "doesn't know" what symptoms she's experiencing, but that she "feels like" the doctors should do something else for her. Cops convince her to leave.

Couple hours later she returns to the same hospital, with the same complaint of "I don't know". Gets medically cleared again. This time when the cops tell her to leave or get arrested she just completely agrees with it, trying to text her husband to prepare bail money in advance.

I have NO idea what was going through her head.
