Boneless are one step away from soylent imo. Just get the god damn real shit.

Wallace has some thoughts as well (where's Wallace String?)

Bone in no doubt. I'm also more a fan of drumsticks since we are on the topic.

I recently tried making my own lazy man's fusion cooking and home made some general tso's sauce, adding a touch more heat with a few heavy dashes of hot seasame oil, breaded some wings and drums, and oven fried em.

Was p damn rocking for no effort mid week junk food meal.

There's something satisfying and primal about eating meat off of a bone after heating it over an open fire, so bone in.

Bone in. Best ones I ever had were smoked first, which rendered the fat down, making them juicy, but without the gummy fat that is usually underdone to my taste.

I think it can be settled this way: You're allowed to like both Tenders and Wings, as long as you don't get the pronouns wrong!

I don't think there's any question that bone-in are better, and honestly boneless aren't even "wings".

However.

Fuck elitism. I will eat fried, breaded chicken slathered in tasty sauce in pretty much any form, quite happily.

Plus, as far as stretching the ol' food dollar goes... If I get a fixed number of "wings" with an order, I'd rather get 7 boneless wings than 7 bone-in wings, for the same price. Probably 2-3 times the actual food. The price for bone-in wings is sometimes kinda crazy. I mean, I get that every four pieces means another chicken died, but still. They used to be cheap scrap pieces that then got popular.

Bone in are obviously superior in taste. Thats a fact.

Sometimes though bone in might not be the best idea, like if you're at a business lunch or on a first date the boneless experience is alot less messy. If I'm in that situation though ill probably just skip the chicken entirely and get a sandwich or something.

Bone in preferred over boneless but some days you just don't want to mess around with bones. Could care less in the flats vs drums debate as long as the chicken is cooked right and the flavor is on point.

Don't care. Didn't realize chicken wings are such cereal business. Although I tend to order boneless at Wingstop because of 60cent Tuesday.

I keep hearing how bone-in wings have more flavor but I remain skeptical.
