Actually I think Frank is in his list of falsely accused people. Boogie said that Frank threatened to rape him and this was a serious threat. On the Killstream he said he was scared because Frank said he would "ballgag" him and he said "I said you were in a mental ballgag. Because you are." "Oh, then I misread that shit." Another case of this faggot being slippery and exaggerating things and playing dumb, like when he casually accused Keem of hacking him, presumably because he was mad about the Destiny thing.
He also accused Frank of having herpes and being a pedophile. When asked for the DMs, Boogie coincidentally all of a sudden didn't have them, similar to the "proof" against Lucy. I actually believe Frank has grounds to sue him here. I'm not 100% but a while ago I researched defamation lawsuits (libel/slander) and one of the things you could sue for was specifically being accused of having a disease. I could be wrong but it would be hilarious if Frank sued Boogie for two separate things.
Also, he's doing his over exaggerative bullshit in this video too - calling Fayetteville a "small town." Fayetteville has a population of 100k. It is most certainly not a "small town." It is a city that just happens to be in Arkansas. Helps him with his "I'm just some washed up fat fuck in Arkansas" shtick. He is framing it like this to appear as if he's some innocent dumb redneck and Frank is invading a wholesome small town and endangering people. The same way he described it as the fucking Wild West with violent hick neighbors in his fake accent - it is anything but. Another good example his over exaggerating Frank's physical stature, that he was "banging my door down", and that the death penalty petition was a serious thing and not obviously a joke. He also retweeted a picture of someone holding a shotgun to a picture of Boogie on a monitor and called it a "death threat". He said Muta made a "death threat" too because he made a cancer joke. Fuck this slimy little bastard, he's like a damn kid.
I really do think that he wanted to shoot Frank. He said on a podcast he thought that when Boogie was taunting him with the gun pointed at him at the end as he was walking away (how funny is it that he only called Frank a pussy and acted tough when he left btw), he was doing it so that Frank would get angry so he could shoot him. I agree with that assessment. I not only think he shot the gun to look like a badass for the Internet, but that he saw Frank as the manifestation of all his trolls and had some psychological shit going on. He literally wanted to kill a troll. He wanted to cause physical harm to a person for trolling him and in his own words to Turkey Tom said the reasons he didn't kill him were because "I'm not a killer", because ***he wasn't doing anything threatening***, and that the camera was there and he realized he'd get caught 100%. Fucking deranged.
He absolutely should have been imprisoned for this, at least in jail. It was clearly premeditated and he completely instigated this entire encounter. He told Frank "hold on" at the door and opened it. He only told him to leave when he had a fucking gun pointed at him. Imagine if you got into a fight with someone on I don't know Facebook or some shit, told them to come to your house, and shot a gun off and pointed it at their head. You would go to jail. I don't know how this fat fuck has evaded consequences for so long. The cancer debacle is the only time he's actually somewhat been punished.
Also, how he spun it afterwards and how the public perceived it was fucking crazy. There were lots of people repeating the lie that he "stalked" him and threatened him physically. None of that happened. If making tweets about Boogie is "stalking", then Boogie has stalked a shit ton of people, including Ethan Klein and his ex wife. He said in his video that "the state, the judge, the jury, hell even the prosecutor" would declare Boogie not guilty because Frank was mean. His exact words - "it didn't matter that he was calling me every name in the book." He was saying as a 46 year old man he should have been justified in killing someone because they called him fat, and has said Arkansas did him dirty. This is literally how children behave on playgrounds. He said that he showed mercy upon the court by not taking it to trial, and said to doubters "everyone knows how wrong you are and made a decision based on how wrong you are. Maybe it's time to reevaluate, okay?" (smug prick). Years later he tells Keemstar he would have gone to jail if he didn't plead guilty. Lol.
And one last thing - Chad should have been punished for that shit. He at least should have had his guns taken away, and probably been forced to move out so that he couldn't assist Boogie in felonious assaults ever again. He knew that Boogie was fucking insane, that he was not in danger, that he has zero fire arm training or knowledge (literally learned on the spot how to shoot a fucking gun..), and that he was also "suicidal", and still handed him a loaded firearm. Both of them should have had serious consequences for this legally.
