There is one specific kind of woman who could find a man like Boogie attractive but I'll explain why he'd even fail with that kind at the end.
This woman is rarely what most of us would consider conventionally attractive and without fail has been cheated on in the past. She also has to be maternal and financially independent enough (although from the cases of this I've seen that can sometimes just mean disability cheques or welfare of some kind). These woman, and there are a few out there, are pretty broken and have given up on traditionally structured relationships. So with all that in mind they are looking for:
A man who can't just suddenly leave: In Boogie's case this is because he's limited by his body and lifestyle. Some of these women will also look for this even more literally through prison penpal systems. These are women who have lost ALL faith in men but aren't
quite insane enough to put a tracker on his car to see where he is at all times.
A man who cannot cheat: Again, this is a woman with huge trust issues who has no doubt been cheated on in the past, and much like the above they look for men who are incapable of
physically cheating on them, even if it means they themselves can't have sex either. For some of these women if they've been in REALLY horrible relationships may be mentally or physically incapable of sex themselves, so this can be a major bonus for them.
A man who can't do better: This strings in with the ones above, but for this broken woman they'll rid themselves of any and all standards for a man if it means he "appreciates" her, even if the root of that "appreciation" is just knowing they have no way of ever doing better. Being cheated on (and most likely emotionally abused or emotionally starved) can destroy any self worth, but now you have another human being telling you that you're the most beautiful and wonderful woman in the world. Even if they're saying that because they're....
A man who is completely dependent on them: Now we're in the bits that separate these ladies the ones who can get their kicks from visiting the pen twice a month; these women have been powerless in their relationships in the past but aren't looking to be what we would consider dominate in a relationship. They don't want to give orders or micromanage his actions, most of these women are broken and pretty timid or submissive. Which is why I mentioned above that they are
always maternal.
They've found a man who can't take care of himself so they'll
need you to do everything for them. Now an important note here isn't about the partner being
grateful for any of this because that would rule out pretty much all these emotionally stunted blobs, but these woman love even just the idea that someone
needs her (couple this with the above where she is being complimented and some of these women are over the moon).
A man who wants to be taken care of: Now these women are maternal, but they've either already had kids, can't have kids or don't want to have kids. This can couple with my second point above, but its incredibly important. Kids will instantly destroy this kind of relationship because she
needs to be the center of her Blobs world and he needs so much taking care of that she wouldn't have time to take care of any kids full time.
If her kids are already grown and out of the house she's no doubt watched them become independent and, if she's broken enough to want this kind of relationship, probably resents or mourns that. She's got all this love to give and just spent the last few years hearing her kids say they don't need her help, they can do it themselves and that they want to grow and move on. This man though, he WANTS to be taken care of, he'll always need her help, can never do it himself and never wants to (or just can't) grow up or move on.
There's a lot more to "this kind" of woman but that covers our main relevant points. So why would Boogie fail as a Blob Boyfriend?

These woman are already hurt, they're already broken and they are willing to be your Mommy/Maid with no regard for your looks or personality (seriously, I remember being horrified by how terrible "The one ton man" was to his devoted wife-mom) but you CAN'T be looking at other woman. They'll smile at your childish tantrums over McDonalds forgetting to extra super size your fries but they're out the door if they find you're talking to an e-girl.
So yeah, TLDR; There is a type of woman out there for the type of man Boogie is, but he's too vile even for them.
Also a fun fact, when the morbidly obese partner gets weight loss surgery you'll often see their smaller partner sabotage it or outright leave them. They themselves may not always even understand why but its because they've now lost that control, and they can find another blob rather than risk the now confident partner cheating, leaving or whatever else they fear most.
@9:00 of the newest Twitch stream he goes on a rant about how Dez "Stopped putting in work in the relationship" He says she did everything else around the house, but stopped putting in work with him, how she would only give him a kiss on the forehead at the end of it and that they even stopped cuddling in bed (probably because he can't lay down sideways in bed).

Imagine doing EVERYTHING in a relationship and then having the person you're doing it for tell the world that it's not enough and you're not even trying. And even worse its from someone who has avoided putting effort into anything ever.
Man, Boogie must have just zero self awareness.
