Quite telling that he doesn't get an invite to his so-called fiance's family gathering. Spends June 2023 - March 2024 joined to the hip of this girl and now she's taken two trips away from him over the past month. Coincidentally Boogie has 2 major Twitter meltdowns over his "cancer" each time she's gone away. You can automatically assume that whatever Twitter is being manipulated with, Dezi is being hit over the head with way worse over the phone. How did Dez 1.0 put up with this?
I said it last week, but I pointed out how Dezi disappeared before the end of the month and reappeared at the start of the month. This is possibly due to him running out of money and getting paid by Youtube at the start of the month / last day of the month. Now if Dezi remains away until the start of May, that theory will grow more legs. My theory is that she's obviously a sugar baby and a lot of the cancer grifting has to do with pooling together money to keep her around. He's got money to take her on vacations, but no money for doctor's appointments or medication.

Seeing this pop up right after his Twitter pity me tour makes me think he's having a manic episode atm.

Context is that the views are low and his ego can't handle it.
The video is what you expect. He's using his soft, woe-is-me tone of voice to convey that this is a serious video and that you should feel sorry for him. He later puts on his wise sage hat and says that he can offer help and hope to his viewers who are going through a hard time. Kinda funny, as he refers to his haters (yes you and I) as parasocial during the video.
He literally responds directly to this thread at the end of the video and says that he's not giving up on his channel. He manipulates his audience and shoulders them with the burden of continuing to watch his videos for him to continue uploading videos: "As long as you guys keep watching, I'm going to keep uploading."
He plays victim and says that the internet has been relentless in bullying him, later says that he's not getting off the internet.
He doesn't even mention Dezi as a reason not to give up hope. At least pretend that you care about this chick.
As a whole, it's just some gay, faux-inspirational video where Boogie wants to pretend he's a caring person who's going through some major health struggles. His cancer is nothing more than a convenient plot device which has replaced his "mental health" or "suicidal" problems in the past. When he wants to deflect criticism, he plays the cancer card.
I rewatched his "I Have a Rare Form of Cancer video" to remind myself that I wasn't crazy and that he brushed it off as a minor problem years ago.
And yep, he pretty much says that PV isn't much to worry about, he "just needs to get his eating under control". He of course expresses doubt due to "muh eating disorder". He also casually drops that he had a heart attack????????????? What? Was I imagining that at 3:00??? I feel like he would've milked that one for sympathy or maybe he's hidden that one due to the shame of being so fat.
More importantly, Boogie plays into my theory that the whole cancer thing was a means to retcon his begging video from a month before (4:09 - 4:43). He's such a slimy, manipulative fuck. I see right through it.

Classic Boogie, having a pity-party on Twitter about how there's no saving him and 'trying is useless now' whenever someone suggests putting in the work to save himself (losing weight, going to appointments, etc), but as soon as someone offers him a choice that involves minimal effort from Boogie he snaps it up.
Like one of the earlier tweets mentioned, he's got a girlfriend who is solely dependent on him financially and emotionally. He's got a roommate that he supports financially. He's got pets that depend on him to survive. You would think that would be enough for Boogie to quit tapping his fat thumbs on his phone and get up to try and add a few more years onto his life expectancy.
