This is one the Boogie's most annoying traits. I was happily surprised to see someone call him out on it recently, although I forget who it was exactly, I think it was a Lolcow Live caller.
He ends his comment with a question mark, as if to say "
duh, he gets two walks a day obviously, what are you retarded?!?!". He constantly argues using points that only Boogie himself can refute, but he acts as if whatever point he's making/lie he's telling is unfalsifiable. He'll get accused of drinking Mountain Dew again and will respond with something like "I don't even keep Mountain Dew in my house? How can I be drinking Mountain Dew again if it's not even on my grocery shopping list or in my fridge?!?" and end the argument there laughing off the accusation like anyone who believes it is retarded.
When he does this when replying on Twitter, he often takes it one step further by responding and then blocking the user so he'll always get the last word. He's relied on this for years, once you notice it you'll see how often he deploys it.
Obviously Boogie takes time out of his day to brush Leo daily.
This reminds me of the Reddit comment where he's lying and claims to be legally blind in one eye. He ends it with something like "speaking of, I actually have an appointment with my eye doctor later today that I have to get ready for! Love ya!".
