This is also the reason you (at least in my Church) see so many olds with their (also elderly) child vegetable. Instead of aborting or putting them in a home, they kept the veggie at home because A.) the Boom can parade them around town like a status symbol and basically go "I have a retarded kid, look at me I'm a Good Person" and B.) Aborting them would've gone against "God's Will". Had one tell me "Even if they came up with a cure, we wouldn't take it because God made them this way". The degrees of lucidity in the adult veggie varies a bit but most I run into can barely function without someone right next to them telling them how much change to give the cashier as if they're a 5 year old learning about money for the first time. So what's gonna happen when Corpse #1 & #2 die and leave their retarded Corpse #3 to fend for themselves? What then??
Ok, so what are your guys thoughts on what the next region of the US people will be in vogue to start moving to?
North Carolina, Texas, Arizona, and Florida were the big spot for the last 15-20 years, but them being boomertopias with the costs of living in said areas skyrocketing and catering their winery-bank-country club infrastructure to a demographic that will be dead or shitting their pants in a nursing home in 15-20 years will mean by then said places will be ghost towns. Millennials and Gen Z won’t be able to afford to live there comfortably. Gerald and Susan can gladly afford a 600k town home in a safe part of town or a 1.2 million dollar McMansion. A new family can’t.
I’m going to go on a theorize the lower Midwest/Upper South might be the next big region for people to go to. States like Texas and Florida are low wage-high cost of living areas, so there will be an exodus of millennials and zoomers, and likely Gen alpha out of these areas.
Said region has plenty of water, is generally favorable weather wise except for winter, unlike 3 of the 4 boomertopias where May-October are absolutely brutal and boiling hot (remember when you get cold you can always add more layers, not so much in the heat…), and the costs of living haven’t been as effected nearly as much as the locust swarm of Karen’s and David’s moving in with their three million dollar plus retirement portfolio.
I am in the state, which is how I know, but apparently Illinois is supposed to be giving decent benefits to first-time home buyers since Pritzker shit the bed on keeping people in the state. I would say that this may help bring in a population to Illinois, but as a resident, the prices are abysmal in the Chicago area for even an apartment, and Pritzer is also looking towards enshittifying things further with more section 8. Not sure benefits will help a young population unable to even get work, but we will see.

I imagine most zoomers are going to want to avoid niggers, and especially Chicongo as much as they can. I can imagine them moving to the more rural-suburban mix areas of the state away from Chicago.

I live outside the city, the entire area around it is pretty shit cost wise, which would be what most Zoomers would likely go for - live outside the city yet easily travel to work inside/around it.
Some other key things to note though is that the rural areas are supposed to be building up more infrastructure for the datacenter A.I. initiatives. Of course, this relies on A.I. really turning out to not be a bubble, but could provide some for of jobs around the area.
IDK, Chicago is usually the better of the main Dem shitholes, not as far gone as Cali or New York, but a lot of work needs to be done to fix things up a bit more if they want the young to really be a part of the city again. Currently, even without the dredges and blacks, I think most are just completely priced out of living in the area with 1,200+ a month rent at lowest often times.

I'm not from the region and have only driven through a few times, but I've never heard anything good about downstate Illinois. It has all the downsides of a blue state (taxes, retarded laws) and also the downside of there being no interesting nature or any real resource besides flat farmland. Like, NY and California also have retarded governments but at least the non-urban parts of both states have gorgeous mountains/hills/lakes which is why people bother to live there at all. If you are a diehard Midwesterner that needs to live in a cornfield, literally every nearby state allows you to do that but without having to deal with Chicago's nonsense.
Ethan Ralph, the Slaton Sisters, and WelperHelper99 are all from there too, must be something in the water....
Bringing this comment back to the thread topic, Downstate Illinois (at least the towns I saw) was one of those places where most people were boomers because everyone else left for greener pastures. Maybe a benefits program for first-time home buyers would help. but my cynical side tells me Pritzker will try to focus it on immigrants or urban blacks and ignore downstate entirely.
Boomers see kids as a status symbol like they do a car, a house, or something like a big ass boat. When they were born, they were already reading at a fifth grade level, definitely an indigo child (remember that banger?). They will regale anyone who’d listen about how their kids are the smartest or most athletic or whatever. You’d see a mediocre child and their parents are insistent that he’s a future Harvard student or NFL player.
You see this so much with sports or theater parents. Their little talentless hack MUST be the next big thing. Anyhow, their kid is now 35 with a masters in theater performance and works fast food. Where did they go wrong?
There will be lots of consolidation into further urbanization. Counties and states will abandon county roads, much like they have in past decades. Hundreds of towns will unincorporate. It’ll just be cheaper to walk away from those towns than to spend money maintaining roads nobody drives. Factory farms will continue to consolidate so there’s no need for many of these roads and towns to exist. Bugpods will just be the new normal. Suburbs will turn into what we see going on in Detroit where nature just takes back over. Again, easy for governments to walk away maintaining expensive infrastructure. Rural-based gas stations will just shut down so unless people are going to lug around gas cans, people will move to where there’s options.
People might find it shocking but in 1920, 49% of America lived in rural areas and in 2020, it’s at 20%. I think by 2050 it’ll be closer to 15%, which is a huge impact. “New Americans” couldn’t give a shit less about it either, so these areas will just get deprioritized.
The gen Xers have nothing. No one caters to them because they were aborted. They do not exist. If they have a fault it is that they gave up fighting the boomers and overly protected their children.
I wouldn't say they were aborted, but were rather left to fend for themselves, and a fuckton of them are now dead because of it, and that's why the few remaining became so protective.
Reminder that boomers were such neglectful parents that they had to make a PSA asking them if they knew where their children were because so many of them didn't, and as a result countless kids were getting abducted, and murdered.
probably more a result of law enforcement letting shit like the Finders cult run rampant. You can make a similar comparison with school shootings, if you study how and why people reacted to Columbine it explains quite a few of the common attitudes from then to today. The really fucked up part is the blowback (PSA you posted, "stranger danger", etc.) from these horrific incidents made helicopter parenting the new norm which has only gotten more extreme as the years go on. When you have the fuckin FDA telling parents that they're keeping their children TOO clean & sheltered for their own good you have a serious problem.
The sad part about that is the really strict parenting didn't (and still doesn't) protect kids against the aforementioned kidnappers, shooters, etc. If anything it just creates MORE of those evil people. Parents shelter their kids, never letting them obtain any life experience or pass normal social milestones, and then wonder why they eventually snap, act out and stop caring about authority or morality. As an example a lot of people just found out about the 764 type groups operating online, and as a kneejerk reaction have vowed to never let their teenagers go online in any way or socialize with their peers for fear that they might become victims. The problem with that is that subjects those kids/teenagers to isolation. Isolation breeds depression, and depression breeds nihilism, and nihilism breeds degeneracy, all of which those groups feed off of. In other words people are contributing to the very issues they vow to keep their kids protected from.
If you need an even more direct example of how helicopter parenting or whatever you wanna call it completely fails to protect children look no further than this thread.
Update: Narvin Lichfield, younger brother of the WWASPS founder Robert Lichfield, either badly faked his death and came back the very next day or someone put up a fake obituary on the day this documentary dropped due to being outed as a child torturer, scammer, and terrible singer. His own daughter apparently had a restraining order against him in 2018 as well. See this post for details.
Update 2: It has come to light that two staffers, a woman on the girl's side, and a man on the boy's side, did the majority of the grooming, molesting and sexual assault - Amy Ritchie...
Parents thought they were sending their kids to places that would straighten them out, make them unfailingly obedient, and give them the discipline not to become or associate with juvenile delinquents or "those snot-nosed slacker kids roving the mall". What the parents didn't think about were the Abu Ghraib type conditions they just sent their children off to. The thread articulates it better than I ever could, just absolutely horrifying shit and it's still going on as you read this post.
The "Kids for Cash" scandal is parallel to that previous example, and it's probable that it's even related. Now how would these judges brand themselves if he wasn't caught red handed like this? "Yeah, we're tough on crime, we're gonna straighten out those cocky criminal teenagers and their skanky girlfriends. Teach them that their actions need consequences, and stop them from corrupting YOUR good children." What would be left out is "your good children" are just one bout of bad luck from ending up on the business end of this guy's corruption.
It's naive to think these incidents were the only times these schemes were done. You just don't hear about the ones that get away with it.
How boomers ascend to heaven after writing their kids out of their will and leaving all their money to Israel or BLM (depending on which channel they watched)
Was going to include something like this in my prior comment, but couldn't find the right words. This is very true also, Gen X is a relatively small generation to begin with because of abortion/contraception/boomers delaying having kids. Anecdotally it also seems from my POV to have the biggest gap between the successful ones and unsuccessful ones, basically if you are Gen X that hasn't died from drugs, you are either a broke retail wagie, or are upper middle class. Way fewer people in between compared to other generations.
This checks. Both my parents are younger boomers and my aunts and uncles are/were gen x. My dad's sister did fairly well for herself and landed upper middle class. My mom's sister was heading that way until breast cancer took her. Meanwhile, my mom's brother started out ok when I was a kid but gradually spiraled and ended up drinking himself to death.

Not just boomers, people that parade around the incredibly and irreversibly deformed and basically keep them alive for their own self-righteousness need to be put in the fucking ground.
It’s pure evil behavior, but yes I have noticed this is mostly boomers and impressionable young white women that act this way toward veggie people
I got to see boomer entitlement in action earlier today. After leaving a shopping center, I'm waiting at a traffic light on a major highway with the shopping center entrance to left and a residential entrance to the right. An old man decides to jaywalk towards the residential area just as the light turns green. Thankfully, the pickup truck in the right lane was at a far enough distance to brake before the fool ended up as the various dead animals I see on the side of this road.
