Discord can't really do anything about it. What are they going to do? Ban scraping bot accounts? They won't be easily able to remove the BILLIONS of messages already scraped.
And the owner really went HAM with this. I'm most impressed!
Even moderately popular servers got hit, it'll be very easy to find a paper trail of anyone caught with their pants down here. People overshare on servers they think are "private". The most private thing on Discord are direct messages and even they get leaked all the time in these circles because of the level of distrust and drama around them. Supposedly this also ties people's connected accounts such as steam, very fun. And you know these people will unwittingly share links and connections to others, meaning if a single thing gets leaked, it could mean a LOT more gets leaked in the future.

Discord gives people a false sense of security. Their weird anime groomer circlejerk discords provide the perfect petri dish of VERY oversharing individuals

Joey has spoken about the site on twitter one other time. It was August 31 of 2022 and he was complaining that Cloudflare had not kicked the Farms off even after the site had "been leading a campaign of anti-trans doxing, harassment, and SWATing" that he quotes from a Vice article he wrote.

I've never seen a community tell on itself quite like the queer community. It's so fucking easy to just say "oh yeah those pedos brandishing our flags and hitching a ride on our movement? DISAVOWED not one of us, go wild with em ya crazy kiwis" but without fail they always fight tooth and nail to defend them whenever one gets exposed.
