One of them was you trying to steal a photographer's livelihood. You wanted a picture he had taken of a jazz musician, he said no because it was being saved for a book getting published, and you took the photo anyway. Your defense here was "It was going to get released in a book anyway!" without realizing that just makes you seem even dumber. You could have waited until the book was published but instead you thought you had a right to it because you wanted it badly. Since the picture was waiting to be published it had considerably more value so your crime was considered a felony. Kind of sounds like the universe was punishing you for your arrogance, Brad.
