Oh that's easily answered: Data is not a scientific process, data is something you generate with it.
To be scientific Data has either be generated by yourself and your team, which of course needs doumentation of how you did it OR you use data another scientist gathered, but that needs citation. When you neither provide the exact procedure for gathering your data, so that someone can duplicate your experiment and verify oder falsify it, nor cite the sources your data came from your data is simply worthless. Scientific methods are all about tracing where the knowledge came from and to be open to discussion.

I say supposed since this claim hailed from Poland from some guy who wrote a book who claimed that an "unnamed operative" gave him the info from an SS officer attached to science detail. Note that this is all hearsay and that none of this shit was verified; this author does not and will not show these papers or give contact details about this. In fact, the officer cited was never attached to any science detail; he served as a part of the occupation duties... meaning bunkum.
This stupid thing was then conflated with UFO sightings by a bunch of idiot American authors, with namely the Kecksburg incident being attributed to it. It also has been called a time machine by other stupid people, even though the base source was all fabricated (remind you guys of someone). It would then get blasted through TV screens from several shows, namely Ancient Aliens (a show who fabricates info when needed, the most egregious being Puma Punktu) and Dark Science. Brad clearly watched the former and is now parroting it along with his own retarded lies.

That last part about Ancient Aliens is the reason why I asked, I wanted to know if he'd confirm that as his source... we know he watches Ancient Aliens and uses it in his Synchorthingsamajiks.

But I first heard of the Nazi project to time travel after reading about it in a book on The Philadelphia Experiment which I've been fascinated/obsessed with since I was in high school in 1977.

I saw those shows on History Channel on Die Glocke - they have several and one of them is not on Ancient Aliens. But I first heard of the Nazi project to time travel after reading about it in a book on The Philadelphia Experiment which I've been fascinated/obsessed with since I was in high school in 1977.

That in itself isn't that wrong - as long as he cites his sources and you can look them up and access them, perhaps even their sources till you are at the ultimate one. And if you find anywhere bullshit you can falsify the source gets invalid as an argument. That's the scientific way. No sources in form of citations/detailed procedure description of the data gathering no scientific value.

You gave no sources for your data, so everything you say is automatically not only invalid but could even be a plagiat. That's part of the scientific method you allegedly yourself invented. Remember?
