It's a metaphor. Basically, liquid assumes the form of whatever contains it. Brad is essentially a puddle that assumes the container is made for him because he fits it perfectly.

If six legs are too difficult to use insect's wouldn't be so common. Nor is it hard for computer simulations to use six legs when scientists describe what could exist, and probably would exist on higher gravity worlds.

A little paper that studied hexapedal locomotion and how animals stabelize themselves while walking/ running and the direction of movement.

Insects are very light and very low to the ground/surface. Even on higher gravity worlds, 4-legged mammals and reptiles are simpler and probably pervalent throughout this Universe. In GOD=7_4 or FOD=6_4 Theory, 4 is a given.

They weren't always that way Richard. It's been proven that long as they can get enough oxygen they can get larger. Maybe pick up a biology text book sometime instead of talking out of your ass like usual and leave science to those who actually passed the course.
