the thing is i believe that organizations in charge of different countries or businesses would do something like this but its more likely you're experiencing a delusion. I know you wont and cant really accept a "its not real" but at least consider that an option and maybe see if some mental health professional or friends and family can help. i dont have too much faith in mental health professionals as a whole but i think theyre probably the most qualified to try and help you sort out issues, some might say to take any meds they give you but id only do that it if it becomes clear to you that you have an issue, not because i think they mind control you with drugs i think theyre just loose with it and like to fill quotas so if youre tired and sluggish maybe dont believe them if they tell you to take a drowsiness inducing downer for example unless they can explain some desirable effect that comes about due to some unseen factor you and i dont know about.

i would say post any proof you have to show why you feel it is a genuine chip but most everyone here would probably just laugh and some might just exploit it to trick you into doing idiotic things.

The implant described in the OP is supposed to transmit/receive data, and the "silent sound making part of device on both sides of head, deeply behind inner ear - probably near vagus nerve."

While OP cannot actually confirm the transmit/receive data portion(only infer), it would not be a particularly high-tech implant to inject near where the neck and skull meet on an infant, and would only be "brain surgery" in the strictest definition of the operation. This would not require sawing open a skull and having an exposed brainpan. Furthermore, a small implant that can generate simple low-frequency auditory beat stimulation would be a viable way to manipulate cognition and mood behavior, as this is a proven science with headphones and frequencies off YouTube.

I'd question the power source of such a device and the make/construction of it being invisible to MRI, but using barely audible repetitive tones to irritate and punish people remotely is completely believable, and would not surprise me if it were an extension of MKUltra/CIA spooks.
