While OP cannot actually confirm the transmit/receive data portion(only infer), it would not be a particularly high-tech implant to inject near where the neck and skull meet on an infant, and would only be "brain surgery" in the strictest definition of the operation. This would not require sawing open a skull and having an exposed brainpan. Furthermore, a small implant that can generate simple low-frequency auditory beat stimulation would be a viable way to manipulate cognition and mood behavior, as this is a proven science with headphones and frequencies off YouTube.

I'd question the power source of such a device and the make/construction of it being invisible to MRI, but using barely audible repetitive tones to irritate and punish people remotely is completely believable, and would not surprise me if it were an extension of MKUltra/CIA spooks.

All that costs money and is subject to regular a d yearly upgrades du ed to maturation of the human being and brain matter. If an infant did survive the procedure, the body/brain would work to subdue it.
Any type of human with brain implants are not human anymore. They're drones and dysfunctional with the possibility of breakdown of circuits and cells at any time.

I can speak to a UK registered Consultant Radiologist any time. Would you trust her professional opinion, even if that was to disclose your symptoms to a psychiatrist?

It's a lolcow chip? Does it also control the functions of the sphincter and lead people to shit themselves and do nothing? Does it interact with brain chemistry (ie: is it affected or affecting you when you consume booze)?

Now, I'm not an expert, but I'd wager that sucker needs to be attached to the correct nerves and the technology might be prone to mechanical failure.
My recommendation: try to shake it loose with headbanging, just listen to some Powerwolf or Finntroll and go wild.

Anyways OP if the chip's magnetically shielded and you don't want to risk trying to cut it out, your options are taping the strongest neodynum magnet you can find over the implant and leaving it there for several hours, or blasting yourself with a powerful RF transmitter (you will need to find the same frequency as the chip by bruteforce, so you could be at it for some days).

35-year-old Tomasz has been in a coma since May. He had a brain stimulator implanted two weeks ago at the University Hospital in Olsztyn. He is now completely conscious, understands what is being said and responds to it.

Tomasz was in a coma because of an accident he had in May. He fell off a three-metre-high wall trying to help his friend who had an epileptic attack. At first everything seemed fine, he even came home on foot. By the time he got there, there was a fist-size haematoma in his brain. The damage was so severe that at the beginning the doctors said there were no chance Tomasz would ever fully recover.

There were some signs of improvement observed among other patients. Some of them smile or express other emotions clearly visible on their faces, some of them can even focus their vision on a TV show.

First procedures in May
The first procedure of this kind for Poland was conducted in May by dr Maksymowicz’s team, under the direction of Japanese neurosurgeon prof. Isao Morita (he conducted 300 operations like that in Japan). The Polish surgeons carried out the procedures on their own. Tomasz was one of their patients.

Innovative method
In order to implant a brain stimulator surgeons need to open the spinal canal and put an electrode above the dura mater of the spinal cord. The stimulator is placed outside the body and it sends electricity to the electrode which is supposed to stimulate the brain stem.

The stimulator is connected to the electrode by a cord that runs under the skin. It sends an impulse to the brain every 15 min. The stimulated tissue gets more blood and is better nourished. Therefore neurons, which survived the accident, can function much better.

The stimulation of the brain is supposed to enable coma patients to regain consciousness.

Urządzenie sterujące jest prawie na pewno za narządem słuchu, cichy dźwięk wydaje gdy pracuje. Gdybym wiedział gdzie dokładnie jest, to bym nie pytał się o pomoc w jego udokumentowaniu. Przy takim projekcie to wiadome iż ma on jakieś maskowanie. Niżej po angielsku napisałem jak ten implant jest widoczy, będę miał dowód jak tylko dostanę się do odpowiedniego detektywa lub organizacji zdolnej do takiej usługi.

If it was obviously visible i wouldn't have any problem with getting doctor to remove it. You can detect it by radio waves spectrum analysis and that will be definitive proof that i have something inside head. Currently i'm looking for someone who could perform such service, i'm trying to contact various people/organizations in capital city Warsaw to do it for money (still waiting for reply).
