Even an amateur would be able to show you some measure of result so when you come to a professional you can tell them what the amateur found. I learned from @Null when you're having a problem it is best to make as big of a problem of it as you can and get as many people involved as you can. Also, the amateur may know someone professional and help you make contact.

You would need to remove the cavity magnetron from a microwave oven and rig that to blast you in the head. Probably not a safe thing to try if you don't know what you're doing. Better stick with the cranial ultrasound. Hospitals generally don't use them very often anymore outside neonatal cases but if you explain why you need it I'm sure they'll give it a try. Make sure you explain to the doctors the physical qualities of the chip, or they might just put you under a quick scan instead of focusing it for longer to to damage or disable electronics. I will tell doctors about implant if i am able first to get proof, already as i said i'm trying to get in contact with someone to perform radio waves spectrum analysis.
