The thumbnail makes me really think I transported into a time machine, when there was a time that Bam actually looked like a decent, young party animal that was riding high on the Jackass fame. Plus, it was also a time when MTV didn’t fully jump the shark and lose its edge on what really mattered to them at the most.

Man all the drama going on and I lost track of Bam. Congrats to the Poll voters who guessed Bam would be out by September-October. I didn't want an overabundance of poll choices but I wish I did.

Anyway the #FREEBAM movement has succeeded in getting /ourguy/ FREE. Bam made a cameo and gives his take on rehab; SURPRISE THEY'RE ALL AGAINST HIM!

Reasons Bam bounced around rehabs aka The Florida Shuffle.
1, Threatened he was going to jump off the building unless he was able to see Phoenix. This wasn't a suicide threat though because Bam's a JACKASS!
2. Threw a cigarette into a bush and the rehab was scared he would start a fire.
3. Kicked out for bad hygiene. Bam says he was just wearing the same pants for a week, no doubt he must have not showered for all that time in the fucking humid Florida weather, what a pig.
4. One rehab's owner (Boardprep?) was on the news for embezzlement.
5. Claims a rehab called Lifeskills wouldn't call an ambulance after he broke his elbow.

EDIT: Wanted to point out this newest Cameo was paid for by BJ Courville (who Bam calls CJ for some reason), the Queen of #FreeBam who @Rogowski did a great writeup on Page 94 of this thread. Christ this woman is obnoxious, has a clear hatred for Nikki which makes me suspect she wants to be Bam's 3rd Wife. And lol at this trashy arm tattoo of her father. Her dad reminds me of a Mike Judge illustration. Also she's given her cat an instagram which makes me immediately suspect severe mental illness.

This is one the most most childish transparent excuses I’ve ever heard and clearly he’s just rationalizing his behavior.

My brother in Christ, prior to going to rehab you were hanging out at a rural gas station barefoot drinking white claws. Embezzlement would be a huge step up for you.

Of course anyone can see this clear as day unless you’re a #FreeBam retard. Interesting how now that he’s severed ties to his family (both of them) he called out Lima specifically and has begun pandering to them. Unironically this might be a good career move for him, Bam could pivot and find moderate success by pandering to conspiracy theorists and could very easily end up with his own show on infowars or a semi successful podcast if he could focus on it.

Obviously Bam is being blackmailed by Lima. The #FreeBam movement will continue following every allegation BJ throws in her TL;DW videos. I wonder what the breakdown of her fanbase is between simp men and crazy gossip ladies? They even have to defend her headband that does indeed make her appear like a Twitch EThot.

Also since Kiwifarms is in an awkward era I'd like to avoid giving Null any potential legal headaches, I do fully believe BJ Courville is a lawyer who graduated from Penn State, I mean why else would she have a Penn State Sweater? I would also theoretically enjoy a 1 night stand with her. But I think she's dead wrong on Bam Margera because Bam has proven time and time again to be mentally ill & will lash out at people including his own mother. He's a constant liar and just a shitbag.

With all that said I have to say I am somewhat suspicious of Lima now because I don't understand why she'd make this instagram video with Bam. The majority of people watching this trainwreck know everything I've written about Bam. Why pretend Bam is a worthy judge of character?

BAM MARGERA BACK TO REHAB ...Program Restructured Now

am Margera is back on the road to recovery, but this time ... they're gonna be rejiggering things to avoid yet another episode of escape déjà vu.

Sources connected to Bam tell TMZ ... earlier this week the former 'Jackass' star returned to his court-ordered rehab program, except there are some major changes going forward that'll hopefully benefit him and everyone in his orbit.

We're told Bam's team got his plan restructured a bit through a judge ... with the major tweak being that he no longer has to be in an in-patient facility, which clearly was not working.

Just a reminder ... Bam has fled rehab multiple times in Florida over the past few months, only to be located by law enforcement and dragged back to continue his treatment. The fact it keeps happening over and over meant a new approach was needed ... so now, our sources say they're gonna try an outpatient approach and pray for different results.

With that said, the restrictions placed on Bam will continue to be strict ... including the fact he must remain sober, attend classes and continue seeing a psychiatrist -- same as if he were in the actual facility.

If you're wondering how exactly things turned since last time -- when Bam was spotted at a bar in Florida -- this as he was apparently considering fleeing the state -- we're told his loved ones were able to convince him to abandon that plan and see this thing through to the end.

That's obviously great news, but on the family front -- with his estranged wife and kid, specifically -- things are still icy ... as we're told Bam's been shut out completely.

BAM MARGERA PARTIES IN ATLANTA CLUB ...Amid Rehab Problems​

Bam Margera's outpatient rehab program clearly isn't working -- because the guy was partying his face off this weekend in a whole different state.

TMZ has obtained photos of the 'Jackass' star hanging out early Saturday morning at the Koo Koo Room in Atlanta, where we're told he was raging with a group of strangers into the wee hours of the night.

Eyewitnesses tell us Bam was seen drinking ... and not just that, but he was also, apparently, name-dropping himself around the joint and drumming up interest.

Looks like Bam made friends fast, because he posed for at least a couple of pics ... including with some ladies. The guy in the white hat, we're told, is Parker Lipman -- who hosts MTV's "Buckhead Shore." Keeping it in the network family, it seems.

Anyway, this obviously flies in the face of the restructured program we were told Bam was going to attempt a couple weeks ago ... this after he'd escaped his rehab facility in Florida several times, only to surface in barsand with friends time and again.

No telling what this might mean for him ... we know his team was begging him to not leave Florida and to stay on track, but that's all out the window now. Dude's crossed state lines.

So just an FYI Jess Margera has currently privated his Twitter/Instagram. Which goes to show that #FreeBam is way more annoying than Kiwifarms since I can't think of a single lolcow/Person of Interest that has had the common sense to do same thing.

Anyway the second hottest LawGrifter (sorry but Nick Rackets #1 4ever) has done a 41 minute expose on Lima. If there's anything noteworthy I'll try to update this post but jeez BJ's content is really dull to listen to even if I think she may have a point when it comes to adults potentially losing their rights, but ol Bam is hardly an adult.

Da Update: I've only skimmed thru BJ's content and was wholly unimpressed. So take it with a grain of salt that I consider this video her best work. She stayed on topic, kept catty remarks to a minimum, and I feel her criticisms towards Lima hold merit.

It's factual at this point that Bam's full year in Florida rehab helped no one. The old saying is you can only help those who want it and Bam simply doesn't want help. All Lima did was serve as another parental figure for Bam to disobey. And worse yet we were denied content from my favorite B-List Lolcow. As long as Bam isn't abusing poor Pheonix I say let him drink, tweak, and snort himself to an early grave. #FreeLolcows.
