1. If you've rented the house then you aren't obliged to give Bam the right to stay there. What utter bullshit is he pretending that Bam is forcing him to sacrifice his commitment to his children?
2. "I bought Solar Panels, Floors and Prince's Soundboard!" Who cares then you're such a rich guy, Mister Big Shot buying equipment from Prince's estate! He's just as much of a douche as his brother, and Bamuel to his credit doesn't give me Patrick Tomlinson vibes. What a cunt.

And Jess keeps Tweeting and who knows maybe Bam is just talking scorched earth but I think he could have legit lawsuit grounds. Before this Bam has only been officially accused of being an alcoholic and Jess's meth allegations brought it onto TMZ. Of course I'm not a Penn State Graduate with Cat Ear headphones so don't consider me an expert.

I can't really see how unless it involves damage to property Bam owns. Bam is a public figure, so libel/slander lawsuits would be borderline impossible for him to pull off, especially considering its hard to claim damage to his reputation given numerous prior incidents. I mean he certainly can file a lawsuit, but this site has dozens of threads to show exactly how little that means.

Ive noticed the people that latched onto bam on a personal level are 15 year old girls and the 40 year old dudes that try and fuck 15 year olds. Truly a fascinating mold to observe bloom outside the context of le random early 00's. They are all irredeemable.

In all honesty, I'm pretty sure that's his fantasy too. Although with his normal usage, the dosage would need to be higher than for an elephant. It's possible this world does not have enough tranquilisers to counteract all that meth and get the job done...or even get him remotely high.

Ooh, off-topic, but maybe that should be government policy for how to get drug addicts to take exercise - the further you run, the more darts hit you, the higher you get! Win win for everyone!

Looking through my posts I really do sound like a simp for BJ Courville and a convert to #FreeBam. And that's because I am very biased against Jess because all I see is his Twitter and he just comes off as such an arrogant asshole.

But trying to be as neutral as possible I feel the situation is as follows: Bam's family wants Bam locked up, and that's not out of pure maliciousness Bam has just been on a decade+ downward spiral. Bam doesn't want the help, he wants to be free. I agree with you that Bam isn't going to win some defamation lawsuit, but I think a decent lawyer can make a lawsuit stick for a while claiming Jess's gossip cost Bam possible endorsement deals and that comic con I guess. And that's why Bam is seemingly going down the lolsuit path, it's mutually assured destruction as Jess will have to start paying legal fees and Bam can hire attorneys who are far more competent than Russell Greer and The Mountain Jews. At least I believe that's true because Bam's entertainment lawyers were able to get Viacom to settle out of court rather than get the lawsuit dismissed.

And to be honest I want a #FreedBam. The year long Florida Rehab nearly turned this thread inactive. In 2023 Bam has easily been the best B-List Celebrity Lolcow. So ultimately I guess I am in alliance with BJ because we're both shitty people, at least I'm just doing it for laughs and ratings. :biggrin:
