Looking closely at the two cover variations, the bottom-left panel is different (there's a person featured but its unclear who they are). Plus there's a "World Destruction Tour" logo in the corner. So I wonder if both that panel and Bam were stripped out to avoid paying out for their likeness, or maybe they used an earlier alternative version of the cover art.

Strigoli is a good example on why fame is terrible. Anyone being honest with Bam would tell him it’s retarded and looks the doodles of a 14 year old Slayer fan in after school detention.

But because Bam has a bunch of idiot ass lickers he’s been told it’s so cool, they pretend all the shit he says about it’s meaning and replacing the regular alphabet is so interesting. I’m sure they tell him they want him do write something for them in strigoli because it’s so rad.

Bam eats this shit up. 90% of his problem is he hasn’t had any friends in years, just groupies and hanger-ons. He has pushed away any real friends in favor of yes-men.

He’s claimed to have created at least three new “crews” or families since the Jackass firing. He just wants a bunch of permanent fans entertaining him like stunt monkeys 24/7. I mean he married a groupie ffs.

It shows Bam's really fucked up priorities if he was "afraid of becoming his father." Bam was afraid of becoming a good man with a strong marriage, nice home, family and seems to be well liked and regarded by everyone who knows him? Oh, what a terrible fate. Now, in ten years Phoenix being terrified of being Bam is 100% understandable. The irony is I bet Phoenix will adore his grandpa Phil and hope he can be just like him one day.

The problem I have with rooting for him to fail is that we have no idea how he could potentially fail if he does end up doing so. Addicts are unstable people. You can't predict their next move. It may appear funny to laugh at their antics, but it is also a serious situation because they can be threats to the well being of others around them. Everyone thinks he is just going to die of an overdose and is the end of the Bam saga.

He could also go out Chris Benoit style and kill his wife and kid. Or anyone else for that matter. That could also be the end of the Bam saga.

We have no idea how it's going to happen. It could be less severe than the general consensus. It could be more severe. We don't know. All we do know is that the outlook is grim. I don't want to cheer it on and then read the headline that he took somebody else with him.
