Brave is becoming less and less usable on my devices.

Works fine for me. Well, except it stopped sending me ads so I don't make any BAT. Like a dime a month.

I love how the search is so terrible, they ask you if you want to use Google instead... Which is exactly why I stopped using Google, just to be asked to use it again on a different search engine to get the same shitty controlled results. I'd like to move away from the propaganda, not be led back towards it.

The search just takes ages to load, and Brave mobile doesn't let me set Yandex as the default search engine.

Same here. Despite Brave having their own VPN they started fucking with my ads as soon as I started using a VPN. Now my account is apparently flagged as suspicious and there's nothing I can do about it besides sit on my ass and hope I get unflagged.

Even after reading through the rules I still have no idea what rule I might be breaking. It used to say that I need to wait for a janny to unflag my account, but now it says I'm not even able to verify with one.
Strange part is despite having my mobile and desktop connected, the mobile version isn't flagged and I still receive ads even with a VPN.

I don't know. Months ago my phone and computer would be getting an annoying amount of ads. Then, without doing anything, they just stopped.

Same thing here, except since I recently installed brave on my mobile I get ads again. I just haven't set up the brave rewards yet as I don't know if it will reach a point where I won't get anymore BAT anymore. I do nothing with the BAT except give it to NULL, so maybe that's the problem.

Allegedly you have to go a long time without using a VPN to reenable it. I think they really cracked down in the past year or so, maybe coinciding with their own VPN release.
 
My tablet, which I do most of my browsing on, literally can't run Brave anymore.
 
I posted about problems a ways back, Brave and other browsers, TBF stopped working properly with android. Specifically it made posting on forums almost impossible, which is a bit shit when you want to browse KF and make a few BAT for dear leader while you're at it.

I do feel mildly guilty about that, but judging by this thread, Brave hasn't become any more functional. Watcha gunna do?

Let's not forget the bullshit behind the Brave Rewards, how you are limited to 4 devices max and you can't disable them so if you reinstall your system, you can't link the new BR to your account.

The Brave app for mobile is pretty piss poor sometimes. The search engine? Essentially nonexistent. I’ll still using Brave for the site tho Jersh, cus I love you.
 
I've never been able to earn BAT and I've been using Brave for a year on mobile. I'm probably just going to go back to Ungoogled Chromium because Brave kind of sucks shit.

Same issue here. Google works just fine on every other web browser, but for the last couple of months, trying to load Google results on both PC and Android locks up the browser for a good five seconds before I can interact.

I'm also having the "obnoxious number of ads and then suddenly zero" issue. For months. Reinstalling doesn't help. Opening a new BAT wallet doesn't help.

Can someone please just make one browser on earth that actually functions?

Brave is shit and it gives me nothing but trouble. It wasn't too bad a few years ago though wtf happened?
 
The truth is it was always laggy trash. You probably just had a pc with a good enough spec to cover it up in the past.
