Another thing I have to point out is that his diq in that drawing is way too thicc for someone who has been on HRT for over 5 years (Demon Momma claims he got on HRT in 2015, but it's more likely he got on HRT the same time Nyk did, which is in 2017). Usually the HRT will shrivel up their diqs and make them smaller. I am pretty sure that's just an artistic rendering from an artist who is trying to pander to his patron by giving him a bigger diq. Again, this is a male big dick fantasy, not a female one.

The redness of his diq is very worrying though. He should definitely get himself checked for any VDs. Unless this is some weird body-modification thing where he's tattooed his entire diq red or something crazy like that. He really seems to be into that kind of thing.
