Since I haven't seen anybody else point it out, can I just mention how this case is an example of people subconsciously viewing trannies as habitual liars and inferior to other people?
Dalton said from the very beginning that he knew other people that had their own stories about Emile. People accepted Emile's apology, and then reneged on that as soon as Masae came out despite the fact that they were literally told there were other people.
Either that or it's recency bias in effect. Maybe a mix of both.

Alot of times people like this are exactly who you think because of what they did in life. They do this type of work to feel good about themself after they did something shitty like beat their GF or hurt kids. Look at how many serial killers find Jesus or become someone whop does alot of outreach.

Personally I would say they aren't great and I feel like I've seen people get branded a pedo for sharing nudes or soliciting nudes when the two parties are similar ages. The question for me is, is weird RP the same as nudes and does the fact it was 2010 matter in terms of how he should be judged? I'd say no to both, but idk maybe ERP is super damaging, the messages just seem at times so silly. I feel that the Gia messages and his current situation with Dalton and Messa are separate issues that are now being conflated as the same catchall complaint of "making people uncomfortable."

Someone he's worked with for 10+ years, someone who considers him his best friend, is in the hospital due to a failed suicide attempt, and yet it seems Jon is more worried about his image than his friend.

At some point you need to be a descent fucking human being and actually be there for someone even if he is no longer your friend. If someone's life is on the line and you care more about internet ass pats, fuck you.

It sounds like Tim is doing his best to both keep people updated and be there for Emile. Thanks for being a real friend Tim.

It's that nobody knew Dalton and Emile were talking, Dalton has a history of fail canceling people, and was acting suspicious by cropping DMs, making people think he was lying about other accusers. Masae is more credible for being a long time collaborator with Emile, even being an (alleged) romantic partner. She jumped out to make vague accusations that seemed to confirm Dalton's shady ones and allowed people to fill in the blanks, followed by at least 3 new accusations. She was the first person from within TRG to break away.

Do we know for a fact he tried to an hero? Tim said he’d be out of the hospital in 2 days, people who attempt suicide are usually held much longer. To me it sounds like he checked himself in voluntarily after a mental breakdown. If he sounded doped up on the phone call with Tim it might be because he was put on some benzos or sedatives (seroquel?) for anxiety.

There's another TRG vid where Tim makes a "Did you just assume my" joke and in the comments section he's there apologizing over it and people fought over whether he needed to apologize or not. I guess it's no surprise their fanbase turned on them so quickly.

All we have are Tim's reddit posts but Tim is scared of people telling the accusers "Look what you did to him" if he shares any more. That doesn't sound like a voluntary check in.

Considering that Emile was 19 so he probably wasn’t as mature as he is nowadays, and how rape jokes were common on the internet back in those days, and his autism, Im starting to see it as him just being an dumbass now.

Emile lived in Florida at the time and their Romeo and Juliet laws permit consensual sexual acts between a 15-19 age gap. 4 years is the upper limit though. And I don't know where the girl lives, if it's another state no clue how that works.

I haven't read the entire AIM log dump, but I doubt these messages would be considered sexual acts. From what I've seen, the worst of it is Emile jokingly referring to her as a loli and bitching about having a lot of underage fangirls.
 
FYI since the CH post mentioned it: "I'M GOING TO RAPE YOU" was a meme voice clip used in Youtube poops 15 years ago, him saying that back then is at most just autistic lack of awareness.
