So I finally figured out why these people are all like this.

They're college graduates all trying to find a way to justify the money they blew on their useless gender studies degrees, and the best way they found to put it to "use" is to just wedge all the useless shit they learned into their video essays.

I feel like that's what the Raygun break-dancing woman in the Olympics is doing. Normally she does word-salad essays (eg deterritorializing break dancing from bboy to sheboy) as a breaking professor but instead of going the saturated YouTube video essay route she instead nepotisms all the way to the top before making a fool out of herself internationally and any attention is good attention. So we, as progressive leftists, in current year, look back at other people's old content for wrongthink and if we find some, we attempt to make them pay. But time is linear. Current year eventually becomes old. And future years becomes the new current year. Do progressive leftists of current year ever think about the values and morals of progressive leftists of 2040? What's stopping the 2040 leftists from going after the current year leftists? Is it a case of "I'm morally righteous now and forever" and "it (cancel culture) will never happen to me"? What makes them think they are immune from the judgment of future leftists?

The chopping of the penises of boys and the breasts of girls might be considered the correct view in current year leftists but it's clear to me this is the most likely candidate for being the "wrong view" of the future if not now. All it takes is the mainstream media to platform some detransitioners, corporations to take a stance and publicly oppose child genital chopping and the consoomer leftists will fall in line (eg "I was always against transitioning!")

Or maybe I'm being optimistic and leftist progressivism will be constantly demand change, an eternal march towards some unattainable utopian state.

Someone somewhere theorized it's a bunch of dorks who think they really knocked their college thesis papers out of the park, and thought they were so smart they could effectively make a thesis every six or seven months and make a living doing it.
