To be honest there is something kinda cute in seeing the left finally try to be edgy about something other then age of consent laws.
They spent around 10+ years talking about how hecking empathetic and turbo moral they all are, and in the process alienating all but the most soy filled, tranny loving chucks imaginable.

No young male, even if he is naturally left wing, could look at 2018 online 'resistance' and conclude that there was any room for him as anything but a low level, street sweeping grunt.
Jokes about Charlie Kirk getting ass fucked by Hitler is a necessary step for the left to find itself again.
It's also a sign that the academic/activist class is loosing sway over the party.

They're just aping the George Floyd meme trend while utterly missing the point. Nobody gave a shit about Floyd himself, just BLM insanity afterward. His background was only used to highlight the absurdity of the outrage; They made a petty criminal responsible for his own death into a secular saint. Lefty Kirk memes just feature barely disguised seethe/murderous glee because he was a conservative badman who died publicly and violently - a fate they wish on all conservative badmen. I've been saying this. The Kirk meming was a pale imitation of those old George Floyd memes from the pandemic. People were using AI to put Floyd's face on people like Jeffrey Epstein and Oscar Dirlewanger for the lols. Black people on the internet had a chip on their shoulder ever since. And I think it mostly had to do with Trump's victory: they are eager for a win. No matter what is given to them.

Most vets are relatively normal. There are so few of us in relation to the general population that the weirdos and failures are the ones that get attention. Those of us that just recognize their military time for what it was (a short term job), don't get noticed by society.

It doesn't help that Hollywood and TV either makes us out as retards, heroes, and/or insane savages.

For all the bitching that Vets like to do about the VA, it's far better than any private healthcare system.

It always doesn't help we tend to view everyone from the Middle East as Arab and united. They hate each other as much as they hate us.

Generally speaking, in the Middle East, it goes by family name, clan, ethnicity, specific form of Islam, and as a very distant concern, nationality. It's the whole reason why the Taliban controls pretty much the same territories in Afghanistan as the US did. Just the major cities.

The whole concept of nation states and national pride is a relatively new thing for the region.

Also, despite Disney giving Aladin an Arabic name, the actual folk tale it's based on is Persian in origin.

I'm aware of that and I wasn't meaning Middle East as exclusive because much of the most horrific terror attacks go on in Africa and South East Asia often are ignored by the wider world.

I'm aware that to fix these countries they need a figure who can unite people under one flag whether with a generous carrot or the sharpest and bloodiest stick.

What is wild is that a lot of the negative shit we associate with the 3rd world comes from Britain.

Like the whole acid attack shit comes straight out of the Victorian era. Back then, they were known as Vitriol Attacks and the primary assailants were spurned women.

The Brits make sure not to reprint the popular Sherlock Homes stories that covered the social phenomenon of the time.

Though it should be known that acid attacks are more of an Indian Subcontinental issue than middle Eastern given most attacks are against women. It's horrible and those who commit such attacks to maim and ruin people should get lifetime sentences without the possibility of parole to send a message that attacks like that won't be tolerated.

It's pretty much every English colony that was around 1830 to 1900 ended up having issues with it. It's not unheard of at all in the Middle East.
