I actually came across Jenny's content unrelated to breadtube and when I learned she was a personal friend of Contra I was rather surprised. While it is evident from a cursory glance she holds basically identical political opinions to most of breadtube, its seems strange to me that her and Nyk would get along well given their wildly disparate personalities. Contra -- or more accurately, basically all of breadtube -- have a miasmatic aura of gaudyness that seems misplaced when juxtaposed next to Nicholsen's girl next door plainess. Nicholsen, at least judging by her videos, seems mostly content to simply talk about things she enjoys in a way I can't ever really imagine contra doing. I wouldn't be surprised if this was on some level premeditated for viewership's sake (see ShoeOnHead for an example of such), but she doesn't really seem to care about how the public at large perceives her. She talks at length about the intricacies of her time in the Brony fandom, her unrequited love of the Walt Disney corporation and indepth knowledge of their theme park operations as well as her devotion of large cadres of time to watching children's TV shows. All of these are, for most at least, somewhat unappealing traits that she none the less considers a fundamental part of her identity. Contra, on the other hand, spends as much time as possible to build out her appeal, an element cosubstantial and homologous with her identity. She herself states as much in her videos.Same with Youtuber Jenny Nicholsen, many BreadTubers watch her for no other reason than because she's personal friends with ContraPoints and everyone can tell (but no one ever talks about it) that Nyk is using Jenny as his transition-model (ie, the kind of young child-like woman he is trying to copy through transitioning, it's really creepy actually and I wonder how Jenny herself isn't noticing that this is what Nyk is actually doing).
While I wouldn't be surprised if Nicholson's body is an image of what what Contra desires to emulate, as you suggested, Nyk is far too narcissistic to actually be able to pull off her same girl next door aesthetic. The whole reason Contra adorns herself with vibrant dresses and everflowing cosmetics is to validate her "femininity." Nicholson, on the other hand, feels no such need despite being actually being born a women, because her sense of self is not so one-dimensional as to be predicated upon one trait -- let alone one that is alien and in need of constant reinforcement. This, I believe, is actually the best illustration of Contra's folly to date. Nicholson doesn't need constant reinforcement of her womanhood not only because she cares about it to a lesser and healthier degree, but because it manifests itself sufficiently through her regular expression. Despite not trying to do so most anyone can pin her as a woman with ease, in large part because she isn't trying overly hard.
Contra instead tries to brute force her way into womanhood, and, quite fittingly for an approach most would deem as a more masculine methodology, fails dramatically. She she spends all day dressed in borderline drag and scares her face up to an outrageous extent to look "womanly," yet all she manages is to make it significantly more obvious to anyone watching that she was initially lacking such a virtue. Funnily enough I don't think it's her Y chromosome or even her male anatomy that is actually preventing her from achieving a sufficient simulacrum of womanhood; In large part it is her own attitude that prevents her from actually becoming a women. At the same time, however, I would argue that wasn't really her goal.
It should be self evident to anyone who has any experience with transgenders that they aren't so much trying to be women as feel like women. Nyk doesn't actually care at all about doing womanly things or having female hobbies, instead she merely wants to convince others of her femininity. By far the only sensible way to view her is through the light of gynophilia. Basically her whole understanding of what makes a woman is carnal. She wants to have a women's body and she clearly cares a great deal about being seen sexually as a female, yet she doesn't seem to have any desires relating to womanhood outside of that. As well, its not like she talks about these subjects solely for the sake of her position as a TRA, one can can evidently be successful in political youtube even with that exact same girl next door persona she is incapable of undertaking (see ShoeOnHead for an example once more.) It seems to be that she more or less simply has no desire to explore womanhood outside of adopting its aesthetic, and the that adoption seems to be at least partially motivated by a sexual fixation with the female form.
Tl;dr: Nyk doesn't actually give a shit about being a women and is only fixated on looking like one, and Jenny Nicholson is a good vehicle by which to illustrate this.
