What's your favorite breakfast on the go? My bread and butter is hot coffee and the NYC bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll, but I'll take a street cart bagel any day.

Dunkin Donuts is OK as far as I'm concerned but doesn't match up to the NYC bodega breakfast.

I love "everything" bagels, whether it's with cream cheese, or "pork roll, eggs, & cheese." The latter is great on a croissant, too.

I usually eat yogurt & some fruit for breakfast, though.

Lately I like just wrapping up whatever in a tortilla, like scrambled eggs, cheese and hot sauce.

Depending on where I am and what I'm doing, usually granola bars or fruit. That is breakfast on the go for me.

I just get a handful of bacon and slather it all in chunky salsa.

I also have no where to go on the morning. My life is a chunky, spicy mess.

I usually eat plain cottage cheese lol. I genuinely like the flavor. Fuck putting fruit or whatever other shit in it.
But nothing really beats a toasted bagel with cream cheese, smoked salmon, and if I'm feeling fancy, red onion, tomato, capers, a little pepper, from a good bagel place.. holy fuckballs if it weren't so carby and salmon wasn't so expensive I'd eat it every day. Sometimes I just roll that stuff up in the salmon alone or make a bowl but again, expensive.

I like a decent, not chip or rip a tooth out granola bar. Oh and it actually needs substance, not this bird-seed level grain crap that is faintly disguised junk food.

There's a place in my city called Rosie's that makes wonderful breakfast tacos.

For me it's coffee and a cigarette, I'm just not really a breakfast person. Cottage Cheese is pretty fantastic as long as you don't go for the diet stuff, no way in hell is the slightly lower calories worth dealing with that. You got me with the Salmon too, I'd be happy to eat that a couple times a week if it wasn't so pricey.

Coffee with Almond milk, and microwave sausage.

I adore breakfast foods and could live off them so no matter how rushed I am I make time for breakfast mostly. What's everyones verdict on the egg in a cup microwave trick? I got my dad hooked on it for a quick protein in the morning but the eggs just don't come out right to me and I don't think it's much faster than over easy.

Microwave poached eggs turn out better in the same time.

The plus to the scrambled eggs in a cup thing is you don't leave a dirty frying pan when you head out the door.

Every time I try this I almost end up blind from exploding eggs. I am meticulous and try to follow the techniques exactly, but still, things turn out terribly when I try to put eggs into an electrical appliance (like a microwave, not a dishwasher:tomgirl:)
