Breaking Bad "End of Series" Predictions

Any other Christorians out there who like themselves some Breaking Bad? Only eight episodes left until the end of one of the greatest cable dramas ever made. What do you think is going to happen?

My predictions (in no particular order)
-Walt dies (kind of obvious)
-Jesse kills Walt
-Hank gets killed by Walt.
-Skylar remains a bitch until the end.
-Walt Jr. is still crippled

I watched up to season 2, but I didn't keep going because my brother stopped watching with me. Although based on what I've seen, I can agree with the following predictions:

-Hank gets killed by Walt.
-Skylar remains a bitch until the end.
-Walt Jr. is still crippled

I think Jessie will find out that White was behind the posioning and will be out for his blood, thus the end of Walter White

Hank closes in on Walter, having discovered the book in his bathroom. Being on somewhat friendly terms with the Whites, Hank gives Walter a deal to turn himself in...leading to Walter having one last meal at a Denny's on his birthday (see the first episode of season 5) before going to the DEA offices (surprise! It's in Albuquerque, New Mexico!).

Walter says "FUCK DAT!", get's an M60 from his connections in the drug business, and lights up the DEA. Walt goes out in a blaze of glory, getting shot to hell by the law.

Jessie, unable to handle life without the drug business, but not being able to handle the hardships of the drug business, kills himself.

The DEA raids the White house, taking in all the money and assets in the house, leaving Skylar and Hank Jr. with nothing.
