Breaking Bad General Thread

Well, I finally did it...I watched the last few episodes of Breaking Bad tonight and all I can say is...what a fucking ride. I'm proud to have this series in my collection and talked my friends into watching the series with me when Fall arrives, when it'll start getting too cold for us to want to do outdoorsy stuff. I kind of got my father hooked on it too...he was visiting one night when I was watching season 2 and before he realized it, he had stayed for 3 episodes and said he definitely needed to come over for a visit to watch more.

I believe I'm off to a good start getting recruits addicted to this show, @tomgirl4life

The storytelling and cinematography was fucking cool, it's a good show to watch with The Boys. The chemistry was a bit off, but you only really notice and care if you're an autistic sperg who actually gives a shit about chem. It's not the be-all and end-all of shows, but it's fun and interesting. They did a good job with humanising all of the characters, they felt really 3-dimensional most of the time.

Definitely overrated. I got pretty sick of it when he was just letting his bitch wife dab on him constantly.
Funny thing is Vince Gilligan wanted to kill her off in the first half of season five but couldn’t because the wokeness disease was already setting in. I noticed Gilligan designed the characters in BCS to avoid having to keep awful characters like Skyler because of the current woke hellscape.

Something I realized about Walter when he adopts characteristics of the people he kills, he's not merely learning things & picking up habits from them, he's basically replacing them as people & stepping into their skin, moving up the ladder of people ahead of him by cannibalizing the person just below the next.

Breaking Bad sucks. And those who like it are cucks. Come at me, fucks.
Grrrrr bark bark Breaking Bad is like the only show to never get a bad review and I'm retarded and need other people to tell me why something is bad or good so unless you tell me of another show that is also considered as great by the majority of the homo sapien race as Breaking Bad that is also to your standards, than I shall continue to be angry and offended by your foolish comment on this website >:(

Never quite understood this scene or the point it's making, other than that Walt is evil now that he's in remission.

You know, looking back at walter's "confession" that pins it all on Hank, it makes you wonder if it would actually hold up in court or not. There are arguments for both sides. That there isnt that much evidence on Hank but there isnt that much on Walter as well (since he is both smart and lucky as hell).

But I guess it doesnt really matter in this case, Walter is a man that works not on honest threats but the fear of one. Walter was basically warning for Hank to stay away and that, if he went to the DEA, at best his career in the DEA would be compromised and Walter will be most likely dead from cancer before he sees any true legal justice.

Walter's intentions werent to stop Hank but to stall him as long as he could, to force him to stay away. He made it very clear that he doesnt fear getting arrested since he is already dying anyway, but he still has a job to do and he cant have his brother in law getting on the way. Also he knows Hank has no idea of what to expect from his "new" Walt he just met and that fear is what he hopes will keep him at bay for enough time.

Edit: I heard some hilarious jokes that say that "Walter's confession was so convincing Im surprised Marie didnt begin to actually distrust her husband. It wouldnt be out of character for her to do so". And its funny cuz its true...Marie is the worst.
