"Brett Kimberlin is an entrepreneur, progressive activist, social media practitioner, environmentalist, non-profit director, musician, songwriter, legal beagle, and political expert. He has worked for and with many progressive organizations, and currently is Director of Justice Through Music, a 501c3 non-profit that works with famous bands, musicians and artists to inspire and motivate young people to engage in civic participation. He has composed nearly 400 songs and created dozens of music videos on various social issues.

Many decades ago a woman by the name of Julia Scyphers was shot to death in front of her husband at their home in/near the town of Speedway, Indiana. The murder has gone unsolved but the only known suspect was an associated of Kimberlin's called William Bowman.
And shortly after, during police investigations of that crime a series of eight bombs exploded over the course of a week, injuring a military veteran who later killed himself due to depression, partially due to his injury in the bombings.

2010 Kimberlin v. Allen
Kimberlin sues Seth Allen for defamation, libel and harassment in the amount of after $2.25 million for Allen exposing Kimberlin's criminal past and for exposing his 501(c) 4 groups Velvet Revolution and Justice Through Music as scams. 2011 Aaron Walker offers free legal advice to Allen. The judge rules that Kimberklin's arguments were a total failure to prove his case and the case is dismissed in favor of the bloggers. Kimberlin emerges from the trial as a court adjudicated pedophile.

10/15/2013 Kimberlin files a lawsuit against 21 bloggers accusing the bloggers in engaging in criminal racketeering (RICO).
