There was a great movie with Richard Prior in it Called Brewsters Millions.

It had a neat premise so I want to update the premise:

You have 1 week to spend 40 Million $ US
You then have one month to spend 400 Million Dollars US

You may not own any assets or gain any income
you cannot destroy anything of inherent value
and you cannot give any of it away
you must end up at 0 dollars

can this premise work in todays world to gain access to 4 Billion
 
Easy, spend it all on facebook ads calling Zuckerberg a filthy kike. He's such a greedy yid that he would allow this to gain access to your shekels.
 
It's easier than ever - buy lootboxes/micotransactions. No inherent value, it's not an asset by any means, and you can spend your money endlessly.
 
Put it all in a Baghdad bank account or somewhere known for large terrorist activity. Then leak your bank info to known terrorist groups in the area.

With luck they'll form an attack against the bank to steal all your money to buy firearms and bombs

Hire a massive team of private investigators to dig up dirt on every politician running and then release it and fuck up that entire election cycle. Information is deemed to have no value so...ya know...blammo. Now gimme my $4 billion.
 
That'd be simple: First I'd blow half that 40 mil on a new home and the rest for shit to fill it with.

400 mil? Fuck man, probably just do whatever that's allowed with it. And I'd assume the person who'd oversee my spending would need to be paid too...
 
Chuck it all into an offshore bank account so that anyone who is organizing this won't know. That's the American way, baby.
 
I'll direct bank transfer it to Joshua Moon. At the very least I hope he establishes a physical farm where lolcows can move and live in communal disharmony with free food/internet/rent and Big Brother style web feeds in every communal space.
