Question that has been bugging me for the longest time: Why is Johnny so obsessed with non violent games?

I assume it has something to do with Brianna's idea of what women are supposed to be. It's not that she doesn't enjoy violent games (just look at how she plays some of her games), it's more that she thinks it is more "feminine" to not like those sorts of games.
If that's the case, then that's even MORE sexist.

Fact is, Wu loves violence. Almost all her favorite games are violent as hell, from Donganronpa to Mass Effect, Parasite Eve to Metal Gear Solid. Wu has no personal trouble with it. But virtually fucking all of Social Justice wants you to stop being so violent (and not in the fun way that The Peacekeeper advocates) will scream to no end about how Violence is bad because it can be used against women.

That depends, if you mean by his point of view as a gamer you can only see why by how pathetic he is in games like Destiny or Metal Gear Solid V (he was bragging about how he killed everyone for the pleasure of it when in reality the game doesn't work that way)
By his point of view as a game developer a game without violence=easy to made, because you don't have to put shitload of mechanics in it
