I was going to ask at some point if there was any evidence that Brianna Wu / John Flynt paid attention to this thread. It looks like there certainly is. There is justice in the world.

John, just one very important thing you should know...you do NOT pass. I know you think you do, but I assure you, you don't. This is coming from someone who is not sympathetic to gamer gate in any way. If you ever use one of my posts to highlight the "harassment" you receive, make sure to mention that.

Gotta spend money to make money. He's an entrepreneur n' junk.

>It's private
Hi John! Glad to see you're reading this thread! I've got a few questions for you.

1)Where's the game?
2)Where's the game?
3)Why do you hate tomatoes?
4)How'd you piss off Amanda to get her to leave?
5)Why haven't you posted the trailer to steam?
6)WHERE'S LAUREN MILOVY'S BODY, JOHN?! WHAT HAPPENED TO NATALIE'S BABY?!
7)When's the game coming out?

Please answer in short essay form.

She knows Tetris is Russian, right?

Wu gets triggered by the Pope and then mocks Trump some more.

The current Pope is actually pissing off a lot of Catholics because he's seen as being too weak against ISIS. He called the two men who beheaded that Priest in Normandy victims too. He's just regurgitating the same left-wing vox-pops we hear everywhere else: Not all Muslims, ISIS doesn't represent Islam, Refugees should be welcomed etc... 900 years ago he's predecesor would have called for a fucking Crusade by now.
#NotMyPope is trending on French Twitter.

He's in a sensitive position.
Anyone who's grown up in the Catholic church can tell you that there has been a problem for decades with the church acting as an ideological fortress against the outside world. It refuses to advance, refuses to develop, and refuses to change. I won't argue that the current pope is not perfect. He's soft on some vital issues and has angered a lot of people by breaking from tradition in a number of ways.
That said, he's been a force of good in a lot of ways. He's moving away from the hardline anti-gay stance that has been present for some time. He's encouraging a renewed focus on fighting poverty. He's breaking from some of the traditions and encouraging humility among the clergy.
He's not perfect, and he's off-message in a lot of ways, but we've had centuries of the exact same shit, and the church has been dwindling as a result. It is time for the Catholic faith to enter the modern age, and in many ways he is the first to attempt that, despite some admittedly poor choices in the process.

Everyone just remember that John has a hateboner for Christians/Catholics that almost rivals that of the average euphoric atheist. The pope could find a way to make people biologically immortal and she would still find some small reason to talk shit about him.

I understand that. I really liked him when he was first took up the Holy See, as a lesbian Christian it meant a lot to me. I'm not Catholic, but I still liked him. My issue is that he is being far, far too soft on the people who are threatening not only the West and Western values, but all of Christendom.
It's one thing to say that LGBT people are not deserving of hatred and need to be embraced. It's a very different thing to say that the people who have sworn to defeat the Nation of the Cross (their words) are innocent victims too. Hugs and kisses aren't going to save us and I don't want to be gangraped and thrown off a building while the people raping and killing me are considered just as much victims as I am.

And I don't disagree in the least. My only idea as to his reasoning is to try to not engage their attempts to begin another holy war. ISIS absolutely needs to be exterminated, along with any who enable or support them. On this point, there can be no disagreement. But calling the faithful to action against them is another matter altogether, and one that carries a lot of history behind it, most of which does not flatter the church. The Pope is forced to tread a very fine line. He's not doing terrible well at it, but I have sympathy for the position he finds himself in.

Almost more importantly than any of that, he's also moved toward addressing the serious child molestation problem the RCC has had for a long time, rather than just denying it and stonewalling, as his predecessors did. That was nothing less than a cancer on the Church.

I do too. I just wish someone would take a harder line. Anyway, let's not derail this thread or get into Crusades history.

Brianna Wu is an opinionated idiot and Rev 60 sucks.
