It is hilarious how Wu presents herself as a "woman in tech." She can't do basic coding, much less higher level programming/software engineering, and on twitter she has talked about how hard it is to build something as idiot proof as a gaming PC setup. Wu knows nothing about any kind of technology, nor does she have any valuable skills, she is in love with the idea of tech as a hip and lucrative industry. It's funny but also annoying because there are a lot of posers like her trying to be in "tech" now that it is taking over everything.

Also you only have to file completely uninformative, useless paperwork and even that is more of a hassle to get than in any other state.

It's a favorite place to register corporations for that and other reasons.
