If I recall, that is the way that Wu described the game in an early interview, and then it somehow started getting attributed to critics' comments

She's far too modest to blow her own horn like that. Wu much prefers to let her performance and skill speak for themselves. After all, the results are what ultimately matters. You'll never see her saying anything resembling "this is the best <insert something here> of my career" about some stupid bullshit.

Well, yes, we look at that now, but you have to know the context. Useless idiots (of the sort of hipster douche attitude that Wu belongs to) shlick themselves stupid over Quantic Dream games, and they like Mass Effect because lesbians (and literally no other reason). ME wasn't always irrevocably cancerous; it got that way over time, and the bad writing creeped in harder and harder the further along the series you went.

Wu's clique sees that combination and thinks Peanut Butter/Chocolate.
We see "Heavy Rain Meets Mass Effect," and we think "Two autistic ideas that are going to be Chris-level in unison."

The appealing concept wasn't enough to get them to buy the game, mind, because Social Justice Warriors do not consume media in the conventional sense and will not buy games no matter how progressive they are because capitalism is bad.

Unfortunately, Wu already has your money, and isn't likely to try using Kickstarter to crowdsource anyting again. Thus, there is nothing more that you can do for Wu, and are therefore not worthy of her attention, let alone respect. This is standard operating procedure for Wu, and for the SJW crowd at large. I can only hope that you did not lose too much money in this poor investment, and will endeavor to do a little more research in the future before handing money to someone just because "feminism"
