Makes sense, considering that John showed evidence of lip incompetence before transition:
The incompetence means he needs to strain the muscle in his chin for his mouth to stay closed. Which is why he so often has that slack-jawed look.
It's usually not a difficult problem to fix, often you just need to do some targeted exercises and in more rare cases minor surgery. Shame he concentrated on cutting his dick off instead.

I would want to see his scuffed Porsches on the track tho. I am certain that if he worked on them himself they would fall apart after the first high speed corner, or catch on fire at some point of a race.

Seeing John talking about a "career position" wow. If bragging on Twitter about your shitty cars, pinball machines, not having a dick or, failing at a speedrun category you came up with yourself because you couldn't set a proper time and you are now getting fucked in by other speedrunners is a career, sure.
If running a PAC and never accomplishing something with the PAC is a career, sure. But John, let's be honest, you just got a gay guy on the hook to pay for your bullshit and you haven't got anything done in life. You don't have a "career" other than 20 things you failed in in life. I just did a quick Google News search, there's all kinds of stories and interviews from this year about them working to get on the ballot in various states. Does John think you can get a new political party on the ballot by tweeting or something? He doesn't even seem to be aware they have a Twitter account where they post a lot of this stuff.
