There are more than a few problems with this current fairlytale. First, John claims to be adopted at or near 1977. Pre-1994 adoptions are not searchable, and thus there is nothing to be unsealed. Second, John has drafted a proposed email twice now. Email did not exist in 1977 and the phony adoption records would not include a data entry for something that did not exist at the time. Third, 1977 records would not contain a current address or telephone number. Thus, the disclosure of a name would only be the beginning of a search. Not the end. Fourth, John's imaginary birth mom would have either married or remarried. Therefore, most searchable public records would be under a marreid name and not the maiden name.
