Bringing MATI stream to Spotify

Hi everyone, hope this is the right place to post this- if not feel free to disregard. I noticed that the Mad at the Internet wasn't on Spotify and that I ought to contact them about it. So... I did! They replied with the following:

Thanks for this info! We searched on our end and it appears that this podcast is nowhere to be found. We'd love to have it available on Spotify again but availability can vary over time depending on the permissions from rights holders. Reasons for this vary: Sometimes agreements are ongoing or can’t be reached with an artist, label, or content provider; or ownership of a podcast may change hands such that it’s removed from Spotify.

They're saying the podcast simply doesn't exist? What is the issue with spotify not allowing it on its platform? Would really like to share the podcast with others, it's wildly entertaining, and to be able to support the farms as well.

I don't think so; I was looking at the MATI website and noticed that it didn't have a spotify option, and was curious to why was that. So their response is a little strange to me!
 
From what I got from the email they're saying that MATI is no where to be found so far on Spotify (duh, you literally just told them that). Null would probably have to get in contact with Spotify to get it on there, but tbh I feel like Spotify would be too cucked to allow it

It sounds like the person from Spotify assumed it was something that was on there at some point and just honestly had no idea what mati is at all. It sounds like, by her response, Josh would need to have them added to spotify.

Would it be too direct to reach out to him about this, then?

...just in case, I sent them a link to the podcast.

Really hope to get it added, it would be a step forward for sure.
 
Having MATI on Spotify is win-win
If they allow it, Jersh's audience grows
If they ban it, Jersh can make content about big happening and audience grows

They are lying. I was removed.
