You need to study some more, Libido is not as simple as testosterone + erection = good feeling. There's a lot of other hormones that factor in, and as you age (especially in relation to growth hormone) your body becomes less responsive to sexual stimuli regardless of the hormones you throw at it. Men have more than enough testosterone up until about their 80s to remain virile, which is why old men can still produce semen and sperm. It's a misconception that lack of testosterone can lead to ED in healthy males, the main factors include stress, vascular disease, and general aging. Also, we've all seen the horrors of the Ratkings and Redit's Trans community to know that hormones don't really kill the libido or fetishism.
Anyway, we know Chris still has a libdio, he admitted to still paying for lesbian porn even when he was on hormones. As I said before, libido is not the motivating factor for stalking. It's more about a sense of entitlement. A lot of the time libido can get involved, but it's not the primary motivation. Assuming that CWC can't actually get it up doesn't mean he can't be a predator. There is a long history of very disturbed individuals who engaged in sexualized crime despite being effectively impotent. I'm not suggesting that I think Chris would rape anyone but I have no doubt that he could grope or sexually harass someone if he thought he can get away with it (and he has) regardless of his libido. It's just part of his creepy personality where much of what he does has some weird sexual or fetishy component, even if he's not consciously acting towards that end.
