War Brookline Library's BLM, Pride flags vandalized - The flags were covered with stickers referencing the game Warhammer 40k.

BROOKLINE - Police are looking for the people responsible for defacing the Black Lives Matter and Progress Pride flags outside the Coolidge Corner branch of the Brookline Public Library.

The vandalism was discovered Tuesday morning. The flags were covered with stickers referencing the game Warhammer 40k. Imagery from the game has been used by groups to symbolize hate speech. The stickers showed a two-headed imperial eagle and the word "Heresy."

Police said the vandalism may have happened on the night of Saturday, December 3, to the morning of Sunday, December 4. They did not specify why the vandalism was not reported to the department's liaison to the LGBTQ+ community until December 20.

Anyone with information about the vandalism is asked to call Brookline Police.

You could put all the stickers you want on your own flags. The issue is doing it to a public library's property. But having a flag of a political group on display in a state funded library seems like it should be illegal. I thought that it is well establish that allowing political displays on public property was an everybody gets to do it or nobody gets to do it thing?

NGL, this is a pretty good method of gatekeeping your hobby, get it associated with "white supremacy" enough and it will keep the fags and nigs out. They ever start coming for my nerdy niche hobby I'll be making memes of hitler participating in the hobby and fill it with every ounce of hate I can to keep them from ruining it.

Just yank the fucking warhammer stickers off! It's not gonna hurt the fucking fabric, how the hell does this shit even count as vandalism? Shit reminds me of the time someone scraped the pride sidewalk crossing while turning and the state demanded a headhunt for the dude that did it a few years back, not to be confused with the other, more recent case where someone clearly intentionally scraped the pride sidewalk crossing.

Knowing GW I'm sure that sheet of stickers cost around $25. And 40k lore is literally "the only way to to stop demonic diseased trannies from spawning and murder raping the universe is undying faith in a rigid religious system." I don't see how woke-ass GW intends to build a woke playerbase out if it.
