Not sure how accurate this sentiment thing is but it hit the all time low on Coinmarketcap:

any explanation for this one? only one i've seen is that someone actually decided to sell off their hundreds of bitcoin and that caused the market to collapse near instantly. it does make you wonder because if anytime anyone sells off their bitcoin the market drops 20% then all those bitcoin millionaires are fucked.
but it hit the all time low on Coinmarketcap:
its a 3 year old index that is vague about what its measuring, if its price+activity like it seems to be then any market downturn would instantly go into fear mode.

I'm not even happy about this. A federal crypto reserve sounds like using taxpayer money to pump cryptobro bags. Whales have been trying to manipulate BTC with debatable success for a while now, but now the biggest cartel in the world is doing it and making it look as easy as when Elon used to manipulate that shitcoin DOGE

It's possible, as a one-time exit, but the other side of that coin (heh) is that it would be a very obvious ploy that only worked once. But once you get Fed-level investment into an asset you can't print at will, it's hard to manipulate it in a way you can benefit from.

With a gold standard, the Fed could "manipulate" the price by liquidating huge amounts or announcing huge buys, but it'll just be pushing the price against itself. For a crypto reserve, the question is whether the Fed having a vested interest in its success would be worth the additional scrutiny it would likely bring. I do like the idea of smaller nations using it to free themselves from USD hegemony, and reducing the influence of Globohomo.

IMO the only thing the government should be doing with crypto is leaving it the fuck ALONE. We do not need a "Fed" for crypto. The only thing these glowniggers should be doing with crypto is using it to fund their black budgets like they're already doing.

BTC back to mid 90's

I did my Biased DCA buy when it was in the low 80's

Feels good. I'm glad I kept confidence in the market doing the opposite of w/e Kramer says
