Met a new fren today, caught him hurrying along on my driveway and moved him to the pile where I dump out my mower bag. So hopefully come spring he’ll leave the pile and become a moth next year:)

Forgive me for the quality of the pictures. I tried to touch them up but shaky hands/camera wouldn’t focus lol
I saved this little dood from my dogs water bowl, his pedipalps were super fluffy and yellowish-white kind of like an old guys beard. Calling him Ol’ Crusty
He ended up jumping on my shirt and then climbed up onto my face before he jumped away…I miss him already 🥺
