Eat at a caloric surplus of about 500 calories. I'm currently bulking up again from ~73kg to maybe 83-85kg. A good way to take in a lot of calories very fast are shakes. One scoop of whey protein, 600-700ml low fat tard cum, 300g oats, a few walnuts and cinnamon, that's what my shakes consist of at the moment.
Good source of information is /fit/ on 4chan and the sticky there.
Peanut butter and eggs are pretty goat if you can get them to mix well and you don't mind the texture.

Lamb. I love lamb meat. I tear into lamb shanks and halal guys when I'm trying to pack it on. That combo platter no lettuce (just rice) extra meat with diced tomatoes, onions, olives, and that mayo sauce is so good after a lift.

I never set foot in a gym but when I am on the leg press I can push a max 400kg
Leg press is for pussies afraid of squatting.

Bros, at my height and weight I need to eat 4000 Cals a day to bulk.

Pls help

Leg presses are the gateway drug to squatting because the machine only goes so high.

On topic, here's the only recipe I bother with regarding easy dense calories:

~3 cups 100% whey protein. emphasis 100% and whey, pea doesn't work for this and you don't want any 'mixed' protein involving fat
1/2 to 3/4 cup avocado oil (or whatever type you want to taste, avocado/peanut work well).
Vanilla extract/creatine/bcaa powder/whatever else, optional. Don't overdo it or they'll taste awful.

Dump everything but the oil into a bowl and mix. Add the oil slowly, mix until it's cookie dough texture. If your dough is visibly oily/specular add more protein slowly until it isn't. You're looking for slightly rougher than bread dough consistency where the dough still stays together but isn't visibly oily. Form into balls, chill. If you got the texture correct they'll wind up looking and tasting like dense meringues/violet crumble. These keep for a good week in the fridge, they're trivial to portion to add extra calories to a meal and they're a way to deal with creatine if you're like me and absolutely hate the feeling of drinking water with sand in it.
