The date of death given as June 27th 2021 is the date at which he died according to the coroner who examined him. It's interesting that there's a significant gap between the date of issue and the date of death, but that could be due to a number of factors.

The dude was clearly suffering from something very difficult in his life and thought the thread being removed would fix the issue not understanding that the thread was not the issue with his life at the time. If null had accepted the offer, byuu would have retracted it for some reason, as it was never sincere - "attempting to profit off someone else's depression" or something.

I have to deal with death certificates at my job and some are issued a few days after death, some are much later, especially if the cause of death was not cut and dry.
