I guess now's the time to mention I received a FOIA about David Kirk Ginder from last year which would, if accurate, prove what is being said. It contains volumes of information and what appears to be Japanese autopsy reports.

The problem is I don't have any way to confirm it. I have twice tried to FOIA the Department of State for a mere affirmation that this is a true and complete FOIA request. Indeed, this request does not appear in the Department of State's public FOIA directory. The Department of State, in a follow-up email I sent them, claimed they responded to my request by email but I never received it. I again asked them to complete my FOIA (confirm this is a true FOIA response) and send it by mail to Hardin. He has never received any notice from the Department of State.

Interestingly, Hardin is an attorney specialized in FOIA, so I could sue them for this if I wanted and I would have the best counsel possible in the entire country for the undertaking. Though, Hardin has called the DoS specifically a FOIA "black hole" which is always more obtuse and retarded than any other government agency.

So I'll again state I have no way of knowing if this is a true and accurate FOIA because the Department of State won't tell me if it is, but it does seem to indicate that the original reports are true. Which, if is accurate, is fucking insane because the suicide story surrounding Byuu is the craziest and dumbest thing in the history of all mankind. Like, the official recount of his death is some anonymous tranny who spent more time talking about what weird esoteric indie music he was listening to as he died than the actual context and conversation that took place.

It's also doubly-triply insane because 100% of the problems in his life were being caused by other emulator developers who fucking hated him, talked about how much they hated him, and chased him around the Internet to 4chan and other websites fucking with him, chasing him on Discord fucking with him, harassing his friends and family unrelated to emulator drama, and then at the end he's like: "yeah, this website that I joined and had no issues with anyone there and they gave me a fair shake? The website that had no dox of me or anyone I'm related to? Fuck those guys." What a rotten piece of shit. Rotten to the bitter fucking end.
