Call of Duty Thread - Potential return to form? Or nothing but cope on the horizon? You decide!

UAV at the start maaaaybe as you can maybe be hyper aggressive in hunting early game
Yeah, but it's always been easy to look up spawns and rush at the start.

I'm not saying it isn't bullshit, I'm just saying it isn't new or worse bullshit like some people are acting.

I remember when gold camouflage was obtainable through natural progression. I think Black Ops 2 started the camo grind progression.
Natural progression... kinda. You had to do a bunch of retarded challenges.

Whenever you see someone say Black Ops 3 is good its ONLY for the mods on PC and zombies that it. I only like Black Ops 1 but I tend to not like Treyarch titles very much. I even kinda hate Black Ops 2s campaign a lot but for mostly autistic reasons. Menendez is like you are on the opposite side of some guys anime fanfiction for his OC.

Hes a major drug warlord in his early 20s, has ties to everything, was wronged by the giga CIA black ops while also being several steps ahead said CIA black ops as they took away his precious imuto, has inexplicable rage powers, he then becomes one of the greatest hackers of ALL time of some giga terrorist anonymous. Seriously, the way he clowns on Mason, Woods, and Hudson multiple times. No COD antagonist has came close to this level of anime ass pulls.

Most of Treyarch's titles are bad, but can we just agree that the PS1 Spider-Man game they've co-developed with NeverSoft was actually good?

I miss how killstreaks would "stack" even after death. Example: in MW2, you could have a UAV, die, obtain another UAV, and have two UAVs if you saved the previous one. I think that stayed until MW3.

I think that was dropped once the setup the system so you could choose which of your 3 stocked up kill streaks you wanted to use. I feel like an intern made that change, and it fucked up stacking of killstreaks sharing a slot, and nobody gave enough of a shit to fix

He was praised as being one of CoD's sympathetic villains, but I never understood it. His sister died from a CIA raid, now he went all mad in a Central America country. The past/future gimmick with storytelling was that, a gimmick. It made it feel disjointed, especially with Cold War's retconning.

I've never understood people that thought Black Ops 2 was better than Black Ops 1.

It wasn't dog shit, but it just always felt hollow to me. The story especially. I would have much rather had the Mason chasing down an actual alive Reznov story that was hinted at in the terminal files in Black Ops 1 than the weird past/future shit with his son.

The Reznov twist with World at War's continuity took me by surprise. I loved the historical significance with Black Ops 1.

Minor nitpicks, but he isn't the super hacker. The blonde chick with the dyke haircut was the super hacker and he isn't just several steps ahead of the CIA, he's actively being supported and funded by them.
