Hello. On a thread I'm following (about an Imageboard), 404's are a common thing. I was thinking, I like to hit control+s, and I can be pretty helpful in posting archives. The archives would be .zip and small in filespace, containing only .txt, .htm, and small images (pref .jpg). I'd keep them under 2MB each.

Is this doable?

Thanks.

^ can't use the above file for some reason, what is it?

and what do you mean you cant use it? 500 error? forum software error? invalid file?

.7z file extension, using my bro's laptop, it has linux which I'm not familiar with, and I haven't yet found software that does what it needs to on this thing. Not yet (I'm used to Windows).

the installed archive manager can't read the 7z file at all, period. I get lots of bullshit error messages with some of the software on here, but sometimes I have another application I can use.

Oh so it's a file error.

7z is a different archive type not readable by the default Windows ZIP manager.

I generally used unRAR. I'll see about finding out if it works on this thing.
