But to answer your question, here are some questions to ask yourself when making a lolcow OP:
What did this person do for me to make this thread? (if it's something stupid like "He sold me fake jordans" then there's no point)
Does it affect a large group of people? (if not, again, no point)
Why should the Kiwi userbase care?
Who else should I notify about this matter? (EG the feds, local authorities, your grandmother, etc.)
