If there's only 10,000 black people and 1,000,000 white people (for example), those numbers would be skewed really bad. Since black people make up like 13% of America, it seems wrong to go by 'per 100,000'

Interesting how suicide and homicide are reversed for white and black though, is that because a lot of troons are white?

There are ~42 million black people in America. A per capita of 100,000 is fine.
