I really could not pick between these two...
A couple is stranded on the road when their FIAT 147 breaks down. Together they will try to repair the car to continue on their way.
OR
A camel's body lies in the middle of a desert road, exactly on the 147th kilometer, on the border between two settlements. None of them agrees to take responsibility for it.
EDIT : beaten to the post but leaving them here anyway because they look enthralling must watch movies
