Can someone explain this movie franchise to me? I don't get it

I don't know how valid it is. And I'm also interested in where I can watch it because I can't find anything about it

im currently digging into the company that one website says it was released under. apparently a belgian public broadcaster, i think at that time alot of broadcasters had less regard for archiving things, see the lost episodes of doctor who, and apparently belgium was also fractured language wise in terms of broadcasting companies, with the company responsible for this film being defunct for decades, a fair number of films that the actors of this one are also in have no images either.

i think so. im unable to find any snippet of it and im not able to find any explicit confirmation of any archive loss, just a site that apparently archives media not having anything from the company under its link. it was apparently a very general programming company so different music or news etc.
