Labels were a bad idea, and LGBTQetc has been a disaster for our culture. Take a look.
Lesbian- is a ridiculous word. Don’t need it.
Gay- a nice, plain word that says all anyone needs to know.
Bi- meaningless. Don’t need it.
Trans- clearly no, get rid of it. but we should use instead-
Transvestite- for its accuracy and connotations.
Queer- I actually like this word, and remember it fondly as a slur. Now it is meaningless. Do you know what it’s supposed to mean? Let’s return to using it as a term of endearment along with faggot.
