Not gonna bully you into trying to lose weight, because negative re-enforcement probably won't be a good or long-lasting source of determination. You'd be better off looking for positive reasons to get into losing weight. Here are some ideas:
- If you exercise or do cardio you'll get endorphins which will make you feel better after exercising as it kills pain and stress. If something in life is stressing you out, pumping some iron is a good way to not give a fuck.
- If you do put in the effort, noticing the differences and reaping the benefits will make you feel great and keep you motivated (obviously), even if they're only small goals or differences you're achieving. Lost a couple of KGs this week? Awesome...
